I will agree, this screen protector will crack easily. The fix to that is their great warranty benefit. Let me say though, i was at Epic Universe and my phone fell 65ft from a ride, face down. Although shock from the fall killed the motherboard, the screen itself had no scratch or dent. The protector lived up to its name and did its job. The protector was cracked and scratched but it 100% protected my phone’s actual screen. 100% recommended.

Really impressed with this screen protector. The privacy tint works exactly as expected — straight on it’s crystal clear, but from the sides the screen is nicely blacked out. Touch sensitivity feels the same as without a protector, and Face ID still works perfectly. Installation was smooth with no bubbles, and the glass itself feels thick and durable without adding bulk. It also doesn’t have that cheap plastic feel some privacy screens do. Overall it looks clean, feels high quality, and does its job well. Definitely worth it if you want privacy without sacrificing screen clarity.

I broke my precious screen protector and had to go into Best Buy to buy a new one and didn’t realize I bought a privacy screen and now I’m glad I bought it so people can’t be nosy and look at my text messages lol

Awesome screen protector! Techs helped choose the right one for me and they installed it for free with my Best Buy plan. Best part is, LIFETIME WARRANTY! Something happens, just show back up and hand over my phone! They strip the old one off and place a new one on, totally free of charge!!!! How can you NOT buy one of these to protect your investment at Best Buy?!?!?

I like it and getting to replace it all the time is cool but the fact I do have to replace it all the time is very annoying. It chips, cracks, has lines in it always within at best a week or so. Quality is lacking, privacy is a nice feature but meh overall. Probably going to switch to another brand.

Great for privacy! I love how when you are on an airplane, or out in public and using your phone, no one can see what you are looking at! My shield lasted a little over a year before I dropped it and it finally got a small crack.

What I really appreciate about this screensaver is its privacy and warranty. However, I don't like that the screen is very prone to cracking; I have cracked mine at least four times within three months.

I picked this up for my iPhone 16 Pro Max because I wanted both screen protection and privacy while commuting and working in public spaces. Installation was surprisingly simple thanks to the included tray—it lined up perfectly the first time with no bubbles. The glass feels smooth and responsive, almost like the bare screen. Touch sensitivity is excellent, and the display looks sharp and clear when viewed straight on. The privacy filter really works—people sitting next to me on the train just see a dark screen, which gives me peace of mind when checking emails. I also love the ClearPrint feature. Fingerprints and smudges fade quickly, so the screen stays clean longer. After a few weeks of use, there are no scratches or chips, and the edges still feel secure. The only trade-off is that the privacy tint slightly dims the screen in very bright sunlight, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, this protector does exactly what it promises: strong protection plus real privacy. If you use your phone in public often, this is absolutely worth it.

They break so easily. But the good thing is they come with lifetime warranty (for that specific phone) so you can get as many as you please when it breaks.

The product works good!! It’s the service that was horrible!!! I went to order the screen protector. Three people looked for it, it was not in the store. I asked the lady to order it for me. She ordered it with me to come back in one hour and pick it up from the store knowing the store didn’t have it how stupid was that. I got an email in an hour telling me that the item was unavailable which we already knew. So I had to come back in the store and have a manager order it to be shipped to my house which should have happened the first time which wasted my time

I have dropped my phone and so have my kids and the screen protector successfully keeps the phone from breaking or the screen from cracks. However, the screen protector has cracked multiple times and I have to replace it very often.
