Luckily, it comes with lifetime warranty. I would recommend just for the replacement warranty.

However Bestbuy replaces them every time because when you buy them they are for life. So we just go in there every few months and have them replaced.

When I had this brand for the Pixel 7, it was def. better than those Tmobile sells with their insurance plans. I think their's is only a plastic film.
