No different than any other brand. 9H means absolutely nothing, they break constantly. I have an authentic IPhone case , yet the screen protectors breaks once a week or more. $60 is a total waste of your money, mine broke day 1

It has become damaged in less than two months, and now I must incur the expense to replace it.

You have to wait for 30-45 mins to be assisted by someone. On top this, Supervisor Ramsey is very arrogant and not pleasant to work with. Not coming back to this Best Buy for sure.

Was very disappointed in this screen protector after having purchased Zag screen protectors for all my previous iphones. The screen on this model does not allow for accurate typing or touching the screen. You need to press in the same area multiple times, and you will quickly dislike this product. Going to return for a different screen protector.

With so many screen protectors on the market, it's hard to pick the right one. I know, we're all tempted to go with the cheaper no-name brands. I'm guilty of this myself. I've gone with cheap brands and found myself replacing them SO often because they would crack with one drop. Well, I got the opportunity to try the ZAGG - InvisibleShield Glass XTR4 Advanced Edge-to-Edge Screen Protector and am very impressed by the quality of it. I've already dropped my phone once and the protector held up with no cracks or anything. I need a tough case because I bring my phone to the gym with me and am always dropping it between the machines. I've cracked a few this way. Although I'm trying to be more careful about it, I'm hoping that the ZAGG - InvisibleShield Glass XTR4 Advanced Edge-to-Edge Screen Protector will hold up. If it doesn't, they offer a lifetime warranty! And this is for the life of your device. This is why it's true "you get what you pay for." It comes with everything that you need to instal the screen protector, including an aligning tray. I would definitely recommend the ZAGG - InvisibleShield Glass XTR4 Advanced Edge-to-Edge Screen Protector to anyone.

I bought two of these for two different phones. Both screen protectors cracked in less than a month and the phones were not abused. Their warranty requires $10 shipping per screen. I would not buy again. You are better off with a cheaper brand

Ive dropped it on carpet twice and it cracks every time

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. It's an expensive phone and I want to do what I can to protect it. I want protection from damage as well as depreciation due to wear/tear. I like to resell my phones after a year and keeping them like new gets me more $$. This is one reason I'm a big fam of cases and screen protectors. They both protect from drop damage and general wear/tear. So when a new phone arrives, it goes into a case and gets a screen protector. For screen protectors, I'm not particularly picky. I'm fine with the plastic like film protectors or the more expensive glass protectors. I'm mostly flicking and swiping with my finger, so the "experience" that some screen protector companies rave about doesn't mean a lot to me. When a protector wears out, I just replace it. usually with a cheap version bought online or at Best Buy. The Zagg XTR4 glass screen protector was a bit of a splurge. It's a little better build and fancier than ones I'm used to. Installing screen protectors has gotten infinately easier over the years. You used to have to manually line things up, hope any dust doesn't get underneath. and pray you could work the bubbles out. Most protectors now come with alignment frames or some other 'system' for removing the alignment issues, This Zagg is no different. There is a frame you install on the phone, the protector has pins that line up the screen with the protector, and you easily apply the protector to the phone. Once I figured out how the system worked, it applied easily. There were problems with bubbles, but most of them worked their way out. Once installed, the protector was solid, clear, and practically disappeared on my phone. It's thick enough that I'm sure it will protect the screen from any damage (I didn't try to stress test it). It's a solid and perfectly adequate offering. The downsides are a few though. The installation instructions are horrible. They were not clear at all. The frame for installing the protector has to go on a certain way and it was not clear. Each end of the frame had pegs, but only one end fit the template for the protector (again, NOT clear). They have to remove the cover layer to expose the adhesive side and then press down in the middle. The reults were a LOT of bubbles. I spent a lot of time working to get most of them out. No tool for doing so was included, so I ended up using a credit card. I couldn't get all of them out though. SOme disappeared over time, but others remain to this day. I hate bubbles. They are distracting. I've removed previous protectors and started again when I got too many bubbles. You can't here because they only give you one protector. Most companies give you two including many of the cheap online versions. I was very disappointed in this when you consider the cost. Which leads me to the last downside- the cost for this is absolutely insane for what you get. With a near $60 retail price, the protector is more than the case I have. You can get other screen protectors which as just as nice for half the price. Add to this that they only give you one, you have to be foolish to buy this unless it's extremely discounted. Will the Zagg XTR4 glass protector do the job and do it well? Yes. But there are SO many more cost effective options out there that will do the job just as well.

That’s too easy and too hard to see in bright light

in a family of 4 we all went and got this on our phones. Only one hasn't cracked yet. Spend a lil more and get the best

11x stronger is not what this product is. Have to return product to the store to exchange as product was defective when received.

This screen protector cracks so Easy… I have had it replaced 2 times now and I’ve never dropped my phone!

I’ve been a big fan of Zagg for a long time. Buying their screen protectors for every single one of my devices since I can remember. They have gotten better and better with making application easy. Along with having a lot of nice features that you may or may not find on other products. They report this guy is “11x stronger than traditional glass screen protectors”. I can’t say if that is true or untrue. But I can say that I’ve never had my screen break while I’ve had one of these on. And the worst I’ve ever gotten on their screen protectors is a crack or small area that is broken. At which point I’ve taken advantage of their lifetime warranty where you can get a replacement for $0 or upgrade to a newer or different edition for a small upcharge. Along with $10 in shipping fees. Which helps “justify” the premium cost. As you can always get a replacement. But it’s gone from being reasonable into the unreasonable territory as of late. As do these features really make it worth the 4.5x the cost as your basic glass screen protector? They also report other neat features like blue light filtration, anti-reflection technology for rich colors, dust-free installation, enhanced scratch protection, and maximum touch sensitivity (which most of the cheap screen protectors also boast about). Recently got a phone replacement (bad charging point) where I was checking my old phone with a Zagg screen protector and my new phone without a screen protector and the colors were almost exactly the same. With the Zagg being just ever so slightly muted (say 98% color vs 100% color) and not as bright (again like 98% brightness compared to 100%) during HDR content and 100% brightness. Also, never struggled with reflections or even really noticed them. So, that feature works well too. I’ve also always preferred Zagg because the touch sensitivity seems as good as a phone without a screen protector. Also, seems very resistant with scratch protection. As I lay down my phone on the screen protector and often have very little scratches over the lifetime of the device. But do tend to go through maybe 2 – 3 screens in a 2 – 3 year period. I also, really appreciate their coating that prevents fingerprint build-up as it truly does make a difference in keeping my phone clean and clear. Along with making it very easy to clean it compared to other protectors I’ve tried as usually just putting it in and out of my pocket is enough to clean it. I haven’t had this one long enough to see if it lives up to the all the previous protectors I’ve had from them. But so far everything seems like it usually does. I’ve been so locked into Zagg that I don’t think I could go with another option. As I’d always be left with the what if I’m missing out by putting a cheaper screen on. And when I’m paying for flagship smartphones/tablets I want everything they have to offer and that’s probably where they get me.

Literally lasted a month before it shattered. Store replaced but still inconvenient. How is this 11 times stronger?

Ordered the iPhone 16 pro Max. Best Buy sent the iPhone 16 Pro. They did refund the purchase price.

It comes packaged very nicely, and everything is labeled to make the installation process a cinch. The glass shield feels like it will be long-lasting and protect your phone when dropped. It is made 11x stronger than other glass shields, and it feels like it is. The instructions were easy to follow and a cinch to put on. I feel like if you have installed one glass shield on your phone, it is pretty easy to follow. I have never really been disappointed in any Zagg product I have ever purchased, and this seems like it will hold up pretty well. Another great bonus for Zagg products is that they are made with recycled products, so we are doing our part for the environment. I would def recommend this product.
