Protects the phone screen but cracked within the first week. Will see if warranty works.

Good protection but very hard to touch the screen and alot of debris gets on the side

Yes would buy this product again. attractive it is and does the job it was intended to do first time drop the phone was the proof of the pudding. as I said before this is agreat product

I dropped phone from six feet. Landed on front corner and cracked. Phone was ok, but protector broke. It did the job. I had replacement sent to me and easy to put it on. Great product.

I give this screen protector one star for the note 8. I had high hopes for this one but took it off just days after installing it. It comes with a neat alignment tool that worked great and made sure the screen lined up properly but that's were my positive comment stop the issue I have is the quality of the glass and the lack of clarity it possesses it literly looks like old time glass from the 1800's it looks blurry and orange peal like. Also the way it comes packaged is with plastic on both sides to keep it clean you simply peel and stick well the issue is the screen was dirty and covered with lol white dots across the entire screen that I could not see until I removed it from my phone shorty after installing it giving it a mirror like Finnish when installed making it very hard to see your screen in dirct sunlight. I spent 50$ on this and took it off days later. My opinion is skip this one .

This product offers great screen clarity while protecting your phone against any accidental spills and even minor scratches. So far it has done an awesome job at protecting my Note8!

I bought the otterbox defender, which has the outter case protection, but I still feel the shield will give the extra protection for the screen and I will have no cracks or problems

Buy this, every electronic device I use Zagg it works they stand behind there product there is nothing else like it out there! Seriously glass screen protectors are an absolute need

Used it to replace one the broke just didnt have time to send it back. They raised the shipping cost to ten dollars or something like that. It used to be less new one lasted a week before it broke but better than the screen cracking I guees

Purchased this based on the STRONG recommendation of the Mobile Sales Associate. He said it's THE BEST screen protector made. I must say first off that it feels nice and is sensitive. That being said, it lasted a total of 36 hours before shattering. While sitting in my chair, my phone slipped and bounced off my foot, then landed on the back of the phone from about 4 inches. The screen protector just shattered. I went back to the store at which time another associate told me that he considers them junk and will talk anyone he can out of buying one. Wish I would have talked to this person first. After a 3 hour hassle and getting the store manager involved, he agreed to refund my purchase price, although he didn't refund the $7.99 installation fee. That's another thing. They charge $8 to install it and it took all of 45 seconds to complete. I'll never buy this brand again.

Broke on the second day. Plus wants me to pay shipping for the 'free replacement.

Installed by Best Buy staff when device removed from box before screen was touched. Adheres to screen perfectly. Smudges or fingerprints do not stay on screen when using device.

Within 24 hours after having it placed on my phone, it lifted over a 1" by 2 1/2" section. Wasn't really noticable unless the screen on the phone was dark. Had a new one put on, and about 12 hours later, it too lifted, but not as bad as the first one. I have not had it replaced again, as it's not bothering me as it's barely noticable, and doesn't seem to affect the use of my phone.

It seems to me my phone is harder to operate with this shield -- it doesn't respond to my finger or stylus as fast -- than it was when I had a plastic-film shield. Also, there seems to be more glare when I try to look at the screen outside in the sun. It also gets dirtier looking sooner than the old shield did,

does not stay on the my note 8 when bumped. may be a better product out there.

I was able to easily install the screen protector due to the guide mold provided. I bought this actually after I had already cracked my screen. A tech. at BestBuy suggested a screen protector in order to avoid the annoying feel fingering across the unfortunate crack. This worked. I should have kept the previous screen protector I had on but thought it impeded my interaction. Lesson learned.

Although this phone was handled with kid gloves and never dropped, the screen protector cracked in the first week. Replaced for cost of labor only, and so far so good. Had a similar protector previously and had no trouble. Maybe poor installation on first one? I still think this is a good product. We'll see.

I've had Zagg glass protectors before and likes them. This one is also pretty good, but not perfect. My fiancee and I both got these and had them installed on brand new Note 8s by the Best Buy employee. We had to come back after a couple weeks and have them replaced because they may not have been put on properly. We both had touch sensitivity issues and mine actually came off completely when I dropped the phone. Best Buy was great, though, and helped us out. The replacement ones have been much better.

First one fell off after 2 days Best Buy was great replaced free of charge.

Easy to install with the guide system provided. So far has provided great protection. Be sure to press down in the middle before sealing sides to avoid center air bubble.
