The first cover I purchased lasted about a month and then it started to peel off. Once a corner had become unattached, dust and dirt began to collect and within a week all hope for a recovery was gone. I went to the website and registered the product to take advantage of the lifetime warranty. That was a waste. To call it a joke would be to actually give it more credit than it is due. The "fee" for the replacement was $3.99 - and this of course required you to submit your credit card information. I purchased the product originally for $14.99, so I ask you, - Do you leave your $250.00 previously protected product unprotected for potentially up to 10 days (3-7 business days - not counting weekends or holidays) or you spend 11 additional dollars and have immediately protected. I have used there products on two S 4s and one Note 3 and those have all worked fine - hence the reason for 3 stars rather than 1, but that also leads to to believe it wasn't operator error in the application. On that note, I chose to just go to Best Buy and purchase a replacement to keep the protection and avoid having to give my credit card information over the internet to save $11. I do feel that if you feel that sure of your product you could have an easier way to take care of a warranty issue. I also would only recommend this to a friend because of the success I have had with their other products.

Works as well as advertised. Only let the geek squad put it on had to take it them to install the second one.

You could buy cheaper but would you really risk it on a 300+ dollar item, no glare and fits the face great. Just buy it.
