The plastic bumper builds up dust particles between the bumper and the phone and it ends up scratching the edges of your $1000 beautiful phone... stay away from this case, stick with Apple built cases :( wish I did.

I followed the instructions regarding placement of the protective glass on my phone. But I still had numerous bubbles that could not be worked out. The protector glass covers, but the bubbles are very distracting and unsightly.

First and foremost, I had this installed by a team member, since I hate putting screen protectors on. I was excited because it’s a nice look and good feel. I was slightly disappointed within an hour because my screen lost its sensitivity. Typing was less responsive, letters wouldn’t register. I attributed it to it being just put on. Fast forward 2 days later and I couldn’t take it anymore. Responsiveness of the touch screen is almost gone. Letters still didn’t register, backspace was non functional. It felt like first generation touchscreens again. I had to take this back and get my money back. I’ve used a ton of different screen protectors from Zagg and other companies. This was by far the worst screen protector, in terms of functionality, I’ve ever tried using. I don’t know if my phone was a one off case but there’s no way I’m spending $70 and risking my phone response being borderline worthless. Zagg, please fix it, because it’s otheriwse great.
