Customers value the excellent screen protection and relatively easy installation of the InvisibleShield Glass Curve Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S8+. However, many customers reported issues with the adhesive's longevity and the screen protector's overall durability. Some also commented on the price point and fitment challenges. While clarity and scratch resistance were generally praised, concerns regarding the product's lifespan remain.

Expensive junk. I purchased this last night with the assumption of having the same level of protection from a glass screen protector as I previously had on an older phone. I installed the screen protector following the steps exactly as written in the instructions, but in less than one day the screen protector was already peeling from the curved sides of the phone. Once the edges of the screen protector started peeling, it would no longer remain adhered and was gradually affecting the rest of the screen protectors adhesive integrity. I removed my phone from the pocket of my jacket this morning and the screen protector fell off completely, which resulted in the corner of the screen protector to crack from hitting the ground. The adhesive material on the screen protector did not stick after less than one day, which was disappointing for something that cost as much as it did. For the price of this screen protector, you definitely can find another brand that actually works for half the cost. Never purchasing this brand again

Thank you for your feedback. It really helps us to know what issues and questions our customers may have and figure out ways to solve problems and answer questions.
The clear border around the perimeter of the Glass Curve is the adhesive that secures it to your phone. The best way to ensure glass screen protection remains bubble-free on a curved screen phone is to use adhesive only around the border of the phone. Some companies only run adhesive on the top or bottom of their screen protection, but by doing so, they run the risk of letting dust and lint get underneath, not to mention air bubbles that can precision touch commands. That is why we run the adhesive around the entire perimeter to provide you the most complete coverage.
Thank you for your comments, and please keep us on our toes by continuing to communicate with us. Please feel free to call the team at ZAGG with anything at (800) 700-9244

Samsung S8 +
Great screen coverage, fits perfect. I don't have any problem at all with the touch sensitivity, it works amazingly well, I tested it before and after it was installed. It's glass, it's a little thick, edges are not separated from the glass, it looks that way but it is made with a second layer so that the glass does not lift up. I took it out with me mountain biking and you can see the screen perfectly well outdoors with the glass screen protector. It does not leave finger prints but after a while of using you do have to clean the screen, depending on how oily your fingers are. I've used zagg since way, way back with all my gadgets and will continue to do so and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! One of the fast & easiest glass protectors to install! From quality to customer service I give them TOP PROPS!

I paid close to $82 for this at Best Buy. It was installed in store. My phone which was in a wallet type case fell out of my pocket. The case must've opened and my Galaxy S8+ edge hit the ground flat on the screen face. This resulted in several cracks including two shattered corners at opposite corners of the screen. Phone does still work. Broken shards of glass poking through this so called screen protector. I want my money back.

I had seen the curved glass screen protectors when I had the Galaxy S7 Edge. I purchased this one from Best Buy for $49 when I bought the Galaxy S8+. . First of all, the price is really high. If it actually performed as they claim I guess it would be a reasonable expense. The first thing I noticed was the fingerprints and smudges. They claim it is smudge proof etc. but all I could see were marks . They do wipe off easily but it is annoying when they claim smudge resistance. The next thing was that the touch stopped responding every now and again. I thought it was the phone pausing or something. I would reboot and all would be fine. Realizing now its the screen. I purchased on July 9th and it is now July 24th and today I see the edge has a small jagged spot which has now grown into a full break and crack across the screen. Have no idea how this happened, it wasn't dropped or impacted as far as I know - just normal use. They have a lifetime guarantee so I go to their website and its $10 shipping for a new one but you will be billed full price if the old is not returned within 60 days. I'm not giving my cc to a company that would do this for a warranty replacement. $10...no big deal...then pay again to send the old one or get charged $49??? Seems shady to me. Hey guess what? There's a 30 day no questions return policy. Since mine failed within that time Ill take it back for a full refund for free. How Bow Dat? This does not live up to its claims, in my opinion, especially for the price. Save your money ! There's less expensive ones that will perform about the same.

At $50, I tried to balance value against the high cost, but bought since it didn't "bubble up" like thinner, cheaper films when installed. Phone had a rubber case around it when I dropped it 2 feet off rubber gym floor on the first day. Product cracked first time and continued to crack in other corners for the next two days. Frustrating and disappointing. The good features are that these screen protectors are thick and don't bubble when installing. At $50, I wished I went the bubble route. - Cracked and confused!

So I purchased this junk and have been seriously disappointed in the quality or lack of quality in workmanship. The protector has really not been protecting anything seeing as it continuously falls off the phone and does not seem to want to stay attached. Save your money and buy a better brand or case.

This screen protector is absolutely worthless. There is only a thin line of glue on the outer edge. It came off after about a week. Little dirt particles got underneath the glue causing it not to stick, and ultimately came off after a few days.

My friend recommended this as it completely protected her phone from a drop. Shattered Zagg but phone was unharmed. So I got one for my new phone. It lasted less than 2 weeks before coming off. Don't think BestBuy rep installed it correctly. Took it back to BestBuy - they graciously replaced the protector at no charge. This second one allows my phone to respond quickly without lag or tapping phone repeatedly like the first one did. So far so good.

been a fan of zagg for years, but this time i am not a fan. it does not worth the price for what it is. which is a glass like screen protector with tin strip of tape holding everything down. since it dont have tape/glue anywhere else beside the edge. the screen protector does not seem to stay on snugly like other version of zagg screen projector. if you slide your finger over a certain area you could hear the screen protector flex.

I'm torn on this item. I trust that it will protect the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S8+, but it comes at a cost of total phone satisfaction. I was very pleased with the interactions over the first month I had my new S8+, but I thought I needed to protect the screen, I already had a case around the corners to protect it from drops. I purchased the InvisibleShield Glass Curve Screen Protector and followed the instructions to install it. It was actually very easy with the guide Zagg includes to line it up perfectly. So far so good.
During the first day of use, I noticed that it was stuck on, but it if you press it a little harder, there are marks under where you press that looks like the adhesive trying to adhere. So I stopped pressing and figured it must be that way.
The next couple weeks were fine. I didn't notice anything new.
The next irritation came when I noticed a cat hair under a corner of the protector. Arghhh! I had to carefully lift the lower, right corner and pull the hair out. Around the same time, I started noticing when trying to select email messages in Gmail, the screen wasn't responding until I pressed a little harder. Hmmmm, is this the price I pay to protect my screen?
One other observation: I notice more smudges from the oil on my fingers than I did without the protector.
At this point, I need the protection. There is a cat hair in the upper corner that I can't get out easily and the screen-response still suffers. I honestly hate this protector but need something.
I have not contacted Zagg to get their input but perhaps I will when time permits.

I bought this screen protector for about 40-50$ just so it could last me less than a month. It only come with adhesive glue around the edges and it's a really thin strip. Making it difficult for it to stay on. In a few weeks it's just fell off and their went my protector. Don't buy this screen protector.

This product is well thought out with the instructions and installation kit. With the curved edge glass display on the Samsung S8+ it does not fit well enough to stay on correctly. This is a difficult thing to do as it must be manufactured to fit precisely. Being made of a somewhat thick material it shifts position and lifts off too easily defeating its purpose, tempefature also effects it as well. A simple film to protect the display from scratches will do the job better for much less money.

OK I know that glass screen protectors for edge screens are notoriously bad. I had been hoping that they had gotten their act together with the one for the S8+. Sadly they appear to have missed the mark. Glass is clear and looks good but is fingerprint magnet. I do not like how the edge of the screen protector seals to the phone. You can very much feel the raised edge. I dropped the phone onto the floor from a height of about 2 feet. Phone was in case. Screen protector shattered. I guess it did it's job but it did not seem like much of a fall. Warranty replacement is on the way.

As with the 2 other screen protectors that I tried, this one collects dirt and dust under the edges, and I would imagine will probably start to peel off at some point. Because of the curved screen on the S-8, nothing seems to work perfectly. I have already had to remove the first protector (vinal) that was installed by Best Buy, so that was a waste of money. This one is stronger and will probably last for a few months before it starts to lift. As for protection, it is a good protector, and I am not afraid of damaging my phone with it on. All in all, a fair product

I personally would not have bought it I didn't trade in my old phone for store credit. It's nice and doesn't change the screen clarity at all, it's just that you have to make sure that the screen protector is in the PERFECT spot on the phone. Otherwise dust and other things could possibly get underneath the glass like mine. I should've went ahead and paid extra to get the Best Buy employee to install it. There's also a border around the glass I guess where the adhesive is. I'm keeping it for now but I feel like for the price I paid, it could be better.

I have used Zagg glass screen protectors for some time now (S4, Note4, S8+, Note8)
I have never had to replace one or had any issues, except the S8+ version. I bought a total of 4 of them and paid geek squad for the install. 3 of them fell off... didn't even notice. And because it would take a couple days and i didn't want to risk the screen, i bought replacements (installed free by geek squad). Geek squad support told me the S8+ and Zagg screen protectors aren't wprking to well together. They are doing a lot of replacements. I recommend ditching the 8+ and getting the Note8... it is awesome!

For many years I have bought Zagg products for all of my phones and tablets and they have all worked good. I like Zagg due to how easy it is to replace broken screen protectors and their lifetime warranty. First of all, I am not getting any of the problems the other reviewers are having. My screen works fine and the adhesive seems to be sticking for the most part. I do have one minor problem with it though and that is the dreaded "Halo Effect." I had the same problem when the Samsung Galaxy S7 came out and it took around a month for Zagg to correct this. Most likely it will take a month for Zagg to correct this issue as well.
Pros:
Lifetime Warranty Replacement
Easy to install
Cons:
"Halo Effect"
