Worked well for the first few weeks then started to come delaminated. Contacted customer service and was charged 7.99 for replacement shipping

So this would be fine if it didn’t make the screen look worse. I agree with the points a few other people made and I’ll be returning this because it’s not worth me ruining the quality of the display. Also it’s two way privacy glass but I’ve seen people talking about four way privacy glass as an option so being that you’re sacrificing image quality it’d only be worth it if you had the four way privacy glass.

This is 2nd one to be put on new phone and it is already cracked. We need military grade shield not these glass shields which we used to get for our phones at Best Buy

Works great, however it's already cracked. Have only had it for 1 month. Glad I did the warrenty.

It’s a great case but it cracks easy, I have had cheaper screen protector that last longer.

Not much of privacy screen did not work for me good thing I can change it for lifetime.

I’ve used Zagg for years, and this is the first time I’m actually really bummed. Got this screen protector put on yesterday, I take a look at my phone this morning and notice there’s a chip and a large crack going all the way down my phone. I haven’t even dropped it at all. Going back in and getting a refund, I’ll get something off of Amazon instead.

For the price of this privacy screen, it does not work when viewing from the top and bottom (its non existent- like have a nothing) as for the sides, privacy starts almost when putting the screen horizontally level with the eye. Installation was smooth. I do not recommend

Works well enough. Gives the screen a very grid-like appearance that can be very noticeable.

Must say it’s pretty noticeable for being a privacy screen protector, not satisfied.

Best Buy did not have the shield for my iPhone 11 Pro, the sales associate said that this one (shield for the iPhone 13) would fit. But it did not, therefore it is already chipped in the corner.

Using privacy screen was a challenge. Face recognition doesn't work, if you had a mask on that was a problem, & the first time phone fell it cracked privacy screen.

Is a great screen protector but just to dark for my dad for his new iPhone that why have to give it to star cause just to dark when your not in the light

First time I use a screen protector, but I liked the idea of the privacy feature, But only lasted one weekend.

Very disappointed. The screen cracked after 10 days. I did not drop it or bump it. I’ve been extremely careful.

Set up my new phone a week after purchase. While working I dropped my phone a short drop and the screen shattered. Do not buy for the price as it may have protected the phone but not the screen, Not sure about the phone until I have a professional remove the screen, Hopefully this warranty covers it all.

Make the screen quality less clear. It’s kind of a waste of money.

Besa screen protector is not good it breaks so easy
