Privacy glass installation

There is a small piece of something in between the privacy glass and the screen. Now the screen has a small curved scratch or crack on the bottom right of the glass. Installed on 2/21 and crack happened a week later. As much as this cost this not ok.

I was therefore given the option of waiting waiting for the replacement (but no telling when that might be). I opted to pay the difference and buy the next level up. Not my finest moment with BestBuy.
