I give up having them replace them. And now even though it says lifetime, I am told they can not replace it again. Everytime they put another one on for me, within a day or two it broke. Didn't drop my phone or hit it on anything, just random cracks. My cheap ones from Amazon last so much longer.

THE WORST MOTO PHONE EVER

Bethany set it up for me and went above and beyond what she really has to do. As I got in my car I took the phone out and plug it into my charger and wanted to get more then the 20% that was on the phone becouse it was being sent in the mail. I sent the new phone to phon my friend in Iowa and she plugged in overnight and tryed to turn it on in the morning. It lite up for a half a second and went black. The phone is no good and all I want is to cancel my pre paid payment.
