Didn’t last a week

Bought this last week literally and dropped it once already has a crack in the protector. It didn’t even drop hard or from a high distance

Absolutely loved this

Zagg does offer a warranty but I still had to replace the screen!

My cousin experienced the same issues. Overpriced for the quality especially when Bodyguardz Pure 2 Edge glass protects the ENTIRE screen, lasts MUCH longer, costs less, & free shipping when purchased with case!

Flawed design or material

Privacy feature only works in vertical position. Only positive is ease of installation. Like most people I know, I discard the box after installing. Stuck with defective and expensive Zagg shield that is defective in design. Unless a BestBuy agent reads this and offers an exchange, credit or refund, I get to throw a brand new Zagg shield in the trash.
