I couldn’t find it on the shelf because it was under the 10 section since the new iPhone 11 doesn’t have the privacy screen but they knew exactly where to find it and which one I needed to be compatible with my phone and put it on with ease and perfection!

However, I had dropped the phone a few times and the protector screen cracked. I went to Best Buy and purchased this shield and had a member of the geek squad install it for a fee of course. Then I learned that since I paid for installation the screen would be replaced if it ever cracked free of charge. Awesome!
