I purchased the Zagg glass screen protector with my Galaxy Note 9. I was skeptical since I've had problems with screen protectors staying on Samsung phones with curved edges. Also, I had one on my Note 8 when I dropped it about 4 ft on to concrete. As expected, the protector cracked and it probably prevented the screen from shattering. But the screen also cracked and I ended up getting a new phone through insurance. But, I decided to get a new Zagg when I got a Note 9. I was surprised when, after a few months, the protector cracked when I put my car key in the same pants pocket as the phone. (Picture below.) While I usually avoid putting a key with the phone, I've never had a screen damaged when I've done it without a protector. I then purchased a new Zagg screen protector. A few days ago it popped off when the phone fell about 18 inches to the carpet. There was no damage to the phone or protector and I was able to put the protector back on. But I doubt it will stay on if dropped again. Bottom line: I assume it is protecting the screen from small scratches, but I'm not sure it is worth the money. I would give a qualified recommendation to a friend with $50 to spare.

This was my first attempt with a glass screen protector. I have ways had OtterBox Defender cases on my phones which had the built in plastic screen covers, until my last phone a Samsung Note 8. My note 8 developed some light scratching along the edges after several months of use, so when I got my Note 9, i decided to try to prevent that with this case. The $50 price tag seemed steep to me, considering you can find off brand screen protectors for under $10, but I figured, if I just dropped $1,200 on a phone, what's another $50 to ensure I get the best quality product protecting my phone. Since the review makes me give it one star, I will give the one star to how easy they make the installation. With the included tray/cover contraption they provide, it makes I lining it up perfectly extremely easy. Now, to the horrible part. About the first week, it was great, no problems. Sometime in the second week I noticed a small crack/chip towards the edge of the screen. I have never dropped my phone, or even placed it down roughly, so this was unexpected. As small as the imperfection was, I was going to just live with it as it wasn't very noticeable. Fast forward a couple days, it spread across the whole thing and became an eyesore. No problem, Zagg proudly displays on their packaging a lifetime replacement for any of their protectors that fail/crack/break under any circumstance, one of the things that sold me despite the high price tag. I get on their website and start the claim process, so far so good, then they try to hit me with $10 replacement fee. Wow, $50 then $10 two weeks later? No thanks. I get on a chat with their customer service explain the issue, they offer me a $2 fee instead of $10, I say no thanks. The representative then says they would "bend the rules" and waive the fee this one time. Ok, sure, why not, I will give it another chance. A week later, the replacement shows up, I go to install it, this one has noticeable more bubbles when first laid down, but they start working their way out. As working on a big bubble as I get to the edge a piece just chips off... Before it was completely installed it already broke. It had nothing to do with being too rough or doing something improperly, I followed the directions exactly, and I was very careful and meticulous. First picture is the first one when I took it off before installing the second one. Second picture is the second one before even getting bubbles out.

I have always purchased Zagg products like they were mandatory each time I got a new phone. I always purchase both phone and accessories at Best Buy. When the Zagg products came out, I swore by them. Then the Zagg curved glass protector came out..I was not impressed. I had to replace the glass a few times but only had one cracked screen before now. Recently I purchased 2 Note9 phones. As usual, paid extra to have the Zagg glass put on at store. Within 48 hours, my husbands glass slid off. Mind you, these "protectors" are not cheap. My protector lasted about a month. My phone fell face down on the driveway. When I say the Zagg protector was useless, it might as well have been a thin sheet of ice on my phone. Although i will say that my phone was in worse shape than the glass meant to protect it. It was cracked, my phone looked like it had been shot. Shards of my screen were coming off when I would use my phone. Now, less than 4 months after I got this phone (and countless baidaids from all the cuts where my phone shattered and literally glass in my eye) I've had to pay over $200 to replace the phone. Sadly, a company I use to rave about to anyone looking for phone protection, has consistently gone downhill as newer models come out. Not sure it's worth the extra money anymore :(

Brought 2 for me and spouse. 1 seems to be okay. 1 came off and shattered in just 3 days. Will see how best buy plans on handling it.

This is the second Invisible Shield Glass Screen Protector that was installed on my phone. They're simply awful! As stated in my title, they are too Susceptible to Damage. I rarely drop my phone, and when I did, prior to having other protectors on past phones, they NEVER cracked or chipped. Whatever these new Galaxy 9 Screen Protectors are constructed from, should be re-examined, taken off the market, and replaced with a more durable product. Just gently bumping my phone, creates numerous new "Spider Web" cracks. Totally, unacceptable and obviously defective!

After eight days of being on my phone, dropped it from about 3 feet up. The screen protector fell off and cracked.

It broke 2 days after it was put open my Note9 there at Best Buy. It's still on my phone. its cracking more each time.

Purchased this for my wife and I's new Samsung Galaxy Note 9's. I tried other screen protectors and had similar problems. Either it didn't perform well or was difficult to install. Not the Zagg. It's very easy to install accurately and is crystal clear. Very easy to keep clean also. Just follow the instructions inside the box that come with it. I have take one star away because it's not perfect. The left and right edges of the display are less sensitive or responsive because the screen protector does not cover the entire screen.

I'll start off with the pros: 1. Easy to install 2. Good clarity with a nice smooth feel. 3. Also easy to remove and reapply. 4. Good protection as well. Dropped phone and no damage to phone screen. Cons: 1. First time dropping phone (On Concrete; w/ a Phone case) the screen protector fell off phone and had to be cleaned & re-applied. *Although re-applied, screen protector has stayed attached to phone after being dropped a few times additionally. (May have fallen off due to being dropped on concrete vs. other surfaces - laminate flooring and carpeted flooring.) 2. Corner of screen protector is cracked after about 3-4 drops. Not necessarily a con but something to consider * May have received a 4 star rating if price wasn't as high - ($50) *

The Zagg invisible shield glass screen is great protection for your screen. If your phone is dropped, it does take the impact and instead of your screen cracking, the screen protector will. They have a lifetime warranty, which means you can get a new one any time yours cracks, just for the price of shipping. The process of filling out a warranty and receiving a new screen protector is very easy. I will say the only downside to this screen protector is that it does crack pretty easily so you will either have to replace it frequently, or deal with cracks across your screen. I replaced mine, and it was cracked by the next morning for no apparent reason. It was never even dropped or anything. So in conclusion, it is a good product and does do its job but you will have to replace at some point more than likely through warranty.

The screen was very easy to put on and fit very well and looked nice. I did drop my phone and the screen took all of the damage and even popped off my phone completely but my screen was fine.

This was my first purchase of the Zagg Screen Protector. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because of the price but for my Note 9, it installed with ease and has good protection.

It installed easily and looks great!!! It's clearer than the plastic one I had. Plus it's Lifetime warranty.

Great for protection and easy to apply to phone. The price however, is a bit high at 45 when I've seen it cheaper.

So I just got the phone and shot straight to Bestbuy for a case. I saw this glass shield and knew I needed on because of how clumsy I am. I had a shield on my iPhone 8Plus and dropped it 4 times. Only the glass cracked and absorbed the damage to the phone. So as soon I had the technician from Best buy install the shield, I was out. As soon I got home I scrambled to get my keys from my lunch bag. 'BAP!!' goes my Galaxy Note9 on the first day I've owned it! I inhaled and shouted out body murder in my apartment t complex! I picked up the phone thinking the worse and you guessed it, no crack and no scratch to the phone or the shield! I advise purchasing this product for your new device and though the price is a bit steep, You pay for what you get! Dont cheap out on your investment!

I saw a lot of bad reviews of this online mainly because there is only a small amount of adhesive on the top and bottom and so people were saying they were coming off. Also, that the touch sensitivity was impacted and fingerprints and smudges were left behind causing them to wipe the screen off constantly. Follow the directions and you won't have any issues. Make sure you clean it very well and use the supplied tray and it will go on fine. I've had mine on for at least 2 weeks now maybe a little more and don't have any issues. In the directions it tells you to go into your setting and turn the sensitivity up all the way and how to get to it. I did notice even with the sensitivity up all the way that sometimes you have to press slightly harder but it doesn't bother me enough to give it any less stars. I have big hands so I usually mess up the letters anyway even when I had my other phone. I don't usually write this long of a review but I wanted to help clear it up for some of the bad reviews. If you're complaining that it leaves fingerprints, you're just being lazy. It's glass over glass so you'd be wiping fingerprints off your screen anyway. I don't ever really notice them and when I do I just grab a cloth and spend 4 seconds cleaning. Hope that helps.

I would highly recommend this product. It has literally saved my phone. To believe $50 would save me up to $1,000 from having to purchase another phone or purchase a new screen. I would have given it a 5 star but these case are known to just drop off the phone. However, it's not that big of a deal because the warranty does work well.

Product was easy to install and seems to work well for protecting the phone screen from nicks, scratches, and even drops. The price seems a bit high, however, screen replacement can be expensive as well.

Great screen protector, it really covers the whole screen n trully protects it from damaging n its so easy to clean, its a bit pricey but its worth the buy to protect your precious investment.

These are better protection for your phone than regular covers, however they still can break and are very expensive to replace. In order to use the warranty you have to pay $10 or more in shipping fees, which in my opinion means it's not replaced for free (as their company claims) and it is inconvenient.
