My screen is protected. Easy to clean. Was easy to apply to the phone. Make sure you turn the screen sensitivity up. Overall it's doing what it's meant to do.

So...it's annoying to pay $70 for an otterbox case and then find it does not have screen protection built in like in previous versions for the samsung galaxy line of phones. The additional $50 I spent on the Zagg Shield was totally worth it though. My son dropped his phone on concrete the other day and only the shield shattered. The phone was fine. Walked into Best Buy and they put on a new Zagg shield free of charge. I try to keep my phones a little longer than the 2 years it takes to pay for them. With the Zagg shield, your phone will look like new, years later.

This glass protector has held up the past 2+ years. I do have a couple cracks in it and a chipped area, but better the protector than the cell phone! I think it's nearing time to buy a replacement.

The screen protector fits nicely and does a good job in protecting the screen. There is a slight bubble on it but it doesn't affect the use or distort the screen

I have heard bad reviews on similar items, because of curved screens. This one works well, and is easy to install! Feels great to use, no flexing that I can feel.

It got a crack after 2 days of use from a small fall (less than 2 feet), but nothing happened to the phone. Unfortunately, the "free replacements" are actually $9.99 due to shipping. Good product but can find something just as good for a lot less than $50.

This protector is very easy to put on and you cannot tell phone has a shield installed. I have bumped my screen several times and there are no marks on shield.

ZAGG is supposed to be the best brand on the market for screen protectors, and when i first opened it i could see that it was good quality that would protect the screen from impacts and scratches. The Glass dosent distort the screen like many protectors do, so screen quality is preserved. However, it doesn't completely cover the curved infinity edge, there is a noticble line on the main screen where the protector ends and the curved screen begins, on both sides. If you do not use this with a case, the screen would be in danger of side scratches and impacts that might spread into the main screen. For $50 this is unacceptable in a screen protector, im just glad i got it on sale at half price.

It was working fine, stays clear and looks nice on the phone. I was out in the cold weather for a moderate amount of time and the screen came loose. Once inside I pushed it back into place and it stays just fine, Not a bad product, just a small issue.

Fits perfectly on my Samsung. Easy to install. Would recommend.

I have had this screen protector applied to most of my devices. Absolutely clear and cloudless if applied properly. I have never had a cracked screen yet.

I've had this screen protector for about three months now and the screen protector is already cracked. It works though cause my phone screen still looks amazing. Its free to get a new screen protector but sucks that it costs $9.99 for shipping.

It's working for me so far. Under certain light there's a rainbow spot in the middle. Two lines can be found on the edges of the screen. Dust collects on the edges too. Fits with the Samsung note 9 case no problem. Installation was super easy.

The glass shield was easy to install and does an exceptional job protecting the screen. I always use this brand to protect my phone.

A week ago I upgraded my phone. The service agent recommended this screen protector and said it was the best. So I purchased it. In the less than 12 hrs, my screen protector was chipped on the edge and a crack had formed. So I went to the Zagg site to register and order a replacement. To my dismay, it was $9.99 for a replacement. At this point, I'm livid because I just bought this screen protector and it was $39.99 since I purchased the protection plan. I called Zagg Customer Service and expressed my concerns. They informed me the curved screen on the Note 9 is making these screen protectors chip and crack easily. They offered to send me a new screen protector and waive the fee. They also upgraded me to the Elite which covers more. When I get it, I will update my review.

Looks great, I can't really tell it's on the phone, but it's not real touch sensitive, sometimes I have to touch the screen several times to make it go. I already have a small crack in the glass, so it's worth the inconvenience

This is good protection for your screen. I would not be without it! It's easy to clean and keep dirt and fingerprints off the screen.

First time buying a glass protector vs. a plastic. Much clearer when viewing the phone content. Worth the extra dollars.
