This glass screen protector is hundreds of times better than the non-glass protectors. The screen actually looks better with the glass protector than it does originally, and it retains its touch sensitivity. Additionally, if the phone is dropped on the glass, the protector may break but it will supposedly protect the actual screen from cracking. It is definitely worth the few extra dollars for this glass screen protector over the non-glass protectors.

Within a few months of getting my Galaxy5, I knocked it off my kitchen counter. It landed face down on the floor. The Zagg Glass cracked in a couple of different directions, but the actual screen remained perfect! I had forgotten to register the Glass, so I just replaced it with a new one (way cheaper than a new screen). This time I have registered the Glass, and it will be replaced for free (if there is a next time)!

I have always used the Otter Box cases before this. However, the plastic screen cover was always getting scratched. This is the clearest, sharpest screen cover I have ever used. I have first hand knowledge of its protection capabilities. I dropped my phone (Samsung 6) about a week after I brought, thought it cracked the screen, it was just the glass screen cover, notified Zagg, they sent me a new one.

So far the shield has met or exceeded my expectations for a cell phone cover. Zagg has made great progress since the last cover I bought for my Toshiba pocket pc many many years ago. The only thing i don't like is that fingers leave a trail over my sign on pattern so must be cleaned often to prevent someone else from turning it on (though I rarely leave it accessible to anyone except family in the first place)

It really works!! I LOVE THIS ITEM. If it does crack, you really can't see it and you don't have to take it off right away. You can wait until it's completely not useful.. Mine is cracked a little and I'm still using it and I have dropped it after it cracked and its still in great shape (the phone)!!

It is a great product to protect those cell phones that sometimes get dropped or something might scratch the screen by mistake. And it really dose work. My grandson can testify to that and so can I. I have dropped mine a couple of times and so far so good. best screen protector ever. It is a must have. It is a new product just ask a sales person about the new Zagg glass screen protector.
