2 stars because Odd to apply so of course it got stuck in A bad position and I could not get applied correctly. For $40 only 1 came in the pack and if you touch the adhesive its no good. Got the Ultra Clear and it works and was easier to apply...for $10 less. 3rd star because lifetime warranty...so I'll have it as a backup.

I like that it helps protect my phone, but i have noticed that it already looks like it could be scratched and coming off of the phone,

I like the Screen protector, however I am noticing my edges starting to lift, so that could be a problem for the Zagg Warranty people to sort out.

I thought this was going to be last. But it appears to be a thick plastic as its pliable. It seems to easily get little pits that are hard to get out

First, this review isn't paid for. I honestly rate it a 5. I've had zagg on every phone I've owned and they've so been great (though the fit could've been better in the s9+, but I think curved screens are difficult for any of them). I did not hesitate to get this for my note20 ultra. BB put it on and did a great job. It is aligned perfectly and had in no way interfered with the phone usage. I'll continue to buy Zagg.

I have had a number of failures with screen protectos fot the Samsong Galaxy Note 20 ultra. Given the inability of getting one that factually works with the biometric fingerprint I went to the Samsung commuuity and customer service only to dind that even though manyvtypes and brands say they work with the fingerprint sensor they do not, A couple screen protectors were recommended, i chose the Zagg and it works perfectly!

Helps with light sharp impacts and scratches that would normally damage the screen, and free replacements is a plus, but.. it keeps indentions made in it, it outlines the screen with pocket fuzz, and it adds a dark tint to the screen when viewed with polarized lenses/shades, making it even harder to see in bright light.

This has a great feel. I don't even notice it now that it is on the phone. It was also super easy to install.

Works well but doesnt protect against falls. Hard enough to prevent deep scratches

Protects the screen fine however this protector shows every little marking on it just after a few days. After about a month, the markings look unbearable. Zagg offers a lifetime replacement warranty and these plastic protectors are the only ones that don’t affect the fingerprint reader for this phone

A bit difficult to install but once you get it on your phone protects screen great. It is especially great for people who don't like bulky cases

I've had it for a month or so. So easy to clean and it keeps your screen from getting scratched. I love it!

Great screen protector... Overall no issues with touch screen or finger scan

The reason I got this one is that it has adhesive in the whole body, not like other screen protectors. Tgis screen protector is very clear. Downsides, it smudges very ugly! I need to keep cleaning it often and also some edges are starting to raise up. I haven't dropped my phone so I don't know how protective it is!

I bought this to upgrade from the plastic film zagg shield. I wanted more protection and so far so good. The mobile phone desk people installed it in just a few minutes and it looked good, no bubbles and centered correctly. The one thing that needs improvement. On my Galaxy S10 ultra this screen protector has poor fingerprint recognition. The plastic film did fine but with this I must press long and hard or just give up with this glass protector

Zagg shields are excellent protection and excellent warranty on any type of electronic.

The product does what it says and it lasts a long time befor having to get it changed.

Honestly this is not even a tempered glass screen protector and it is priced outrageously. I understand they have a good warranty and easy replacement, but if the product does its job correctly warranty shouldn't be the selling point and upcharge.
