Its scratched easily, but it has a lifetime warranty.

It probably wasn't well installed in the store so it got a couple of blemishes. .

The name of the product is misleading. The feel is different. The S-pen has a different resistance gliding on this thick film on note20 ultra compared to tempered glass like on my note9. I am waiting for this company to produce a tempered glass for note20 and note20 ultra. This company, ZAGG, did it for note9 and iPhone 11. They can do the same for any smartphone old or new like for the note20s.

Like the protection it offers for my screen. Have used before and they replace them.

So far so good. Easy to apply with the plastic frame it comes with and has warranty.

Always use these covers, I have never had an issue.

I have used the ZAGG screen protector for two phones in a row now, and have not had problems with it. My screens have not been scratched so the ZAGG must be doing the job. I had Best Buy install the ZAGG on my new Samsung Note20 Ultra and he said that it was somewhat difficult to install on this particular phone.

This screen protector worked great for Samsung Note 20.

This was a very nice product. It fits the phone perfect. I would recommend this product to other people. Best buy is a great place to buy products from when you really need something for your phone or ipad pro. This was easy to install and looks really great on the Samsung Note20 Ultra 128 gb.

It really did save my screen. Tom it back to best buy for replacement. No questions asked. There was money in stock so they had to order one for it sent to my home and I want back in when I received it. They installed it. Easy peazy. So much better than ordering it somewhere else. Ill never buy zagg again.

This is a great option for screen protector for the note 20 series. I've owed a variety of galaxy phones and the curve screen is always a challenge when it comes to screen protectors. I usually just use a tpu but I hate how they make the phone feel. This is the 1st time for me using a zagg and I wish I had done so sooner. I bought it from bestbuy ($10 cheaper than zagg) then took it to a zagg store and had them install it because they guarantee it and will warranty it if there are problems. Its made of a semi rigid plastic and looks like it will offer some drop protection. The guy at zagg said it will scratch and possibly dent but shouldn't break. It went on the phone great and feels like glass. The fingerprint scanner still works, I just have to push a bit harder than with no screen protector. I also had to re-register my fingerprints. The protector doesn't completely cover the screen edge to edge, it leaves a bit of room so a case can still fit on the phone without pulling up the protector. It is a bit sharp on the bottom but it doesn't bother me. I'll be buying these for all my future phones!

This product is a must have, Do not ever leave the store with a new device without having bestbuy installing a screen protector! Don't find out the hard way! If it peels or cracks just go to best buy & have them put another 1 on-no charge as many times as needed!

Easy to install but it shows smudges galore unlike my other screen protector.

The phone is a nice size and there are some features that my older Note didn't have. However, for the price - it's not really worth it. It's nothing really extravagant about the phone.
