Good flimsy but good feel very difficult to install.

It protects the screen but it makes the fingerprint scanner almost useless, even with the sensitivity turned up. Also, bubbles have started to form after 6 months.

Great product for protecting the screen. After two months still looks fairly new, only two little areas of scuffed marks that are visible by rotating the phone where light can reflect it. Overall, no issue. Still on protecting the screen. Would buy again.

Does well at keeping the original screen from being scratched but fails at really staying on the phone with the curved sides.

Improved screen protector for Samsung Note 20 Ultra.

Had this installed on me snd my lady's Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20. I did not like dropping $80.00 but I have to admit, it's worth it. Paired this with the Otterbox Defender case and I feel my phone is very protected. Protect your investment people.

The screen protector is great but the otter box defender pro case isn't big enough to clear the screen protector. Big bummer

This is these BEST screen protector I have EVER had! Could be true to size tho! I uave a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and this screen protector is NOT true to size, so keep that in mind if that is an issue for you! Thank you Best Buy

Would give 5 stars but I received the note 10 adapter instead of the note 20 to line it up. For how I put it on it works great! Would recommend for what it does.

So far its not bad. Its easy to put little indentations and scratches on it. However after a day or two of use they seem to get smaller and less pronounced. All the touch features worked fine without increasing the sensitivity. Just don't know how it will do in a drop.

I have never been able to install any Zagg screen protector that I have purchased. At the price Zagg charges for their products, I feel I should be able to receive better results. By the time I give up, the screen protector is ruined and then I must purchase a 2nd product. Cost to price ratio does certainly not favor Zagg.

There was effort made for the service in getting the screen protector on. However, the service was not very professional especially for the cost. Screen protector not securely on and sticks out on side. Had to take off the screen protector because sticking out and in the way when using. Now have to go and buy another screen protector and also pay for the services. However will be going to a self-business phone store that offers the same service and does it with professional care.

It was a pain to apply. It doesn't seem to fit perfectly. A slight part of the side of the phone has exposure and when you scroll from right to left you can feel the edge. It doesn't feel safe. I had the expert at the store put it on my phone.

Amazing! Installation was so easy... At the beginning the fingerprint wasn't working well but a couple of days later it started to work perfect. Absolutely recommended!

I was on the road working and my screen protector split on both sides of my phone within a week. I needed help. The mobile specialist found snd installed it in 5 minutes and i was out the door. Only gripe, is the price point. Not lowered do to time.

It’s perfect! It’s like a gel that sinked right into the screen. You know it’s there, but it’s not in the way. Also, the price surprised me; I thought it would have been more. This was a great suggestion by the associate assisting me!

I thought the protector would look and feel more like glass--the name of the product is misleading, in my opinion. I really, really dislike the way the protector feels, as well as the installation process. I ended up throwing it away to purchase a different one. I will admit that I am picky when it comes to protectors and prefer glass ones. If you are patient with installation and do it properly, this product can serve as a decent option for most people. It is not for me.

Not a clean install, ive had to replace my screen protector several times. I prefer a glass protector over the plastic

Excellent product! Easy to apply and much more robust then the one that T Mobile sells for my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I went through 5 of them before I returned to ZAGG. The best product for the phone by far!

Geek Squad will charge you to install this screen protector, But I tackled it myself. Nice kit to clean phone, install in proper orientation. Don't install upside down, or you'll cover the front camera. Feels better too. Easier to hold.
