After carefully installing the protector exactly like it was written, the first time I put my phone in my back pocket, the edges if the protector started pulling up.

They are crystal clean and great touch response. One did crack on my teen's phone. Called up the company and they mailed me a new one free of charge. Only had to pay the shipping charge. Can't go wrong!
