It's ok screen protector

I've used their screen protectors for all of my devices and didn't have any issues with all those tempered glass protectors. But for the Samsung Note 20 Ultra, it has some issues. Edges doesn't stick that well. Overall it's ok screen protector. I might look for a different brand now since this one I had, I'm not really satisfied.

I got the gold phone and it is so pretty, I got the clean case and it works great to protect my phone and it is beautiful.

Overall good product. And through Best Buy if any defect in screen protector they will replace at no charge.

Garbage Instructions

They should not attach any instructions but just direct buyers on-line. TRUST ME - If you buy this screen protector - don't go by the instructions. Just follow the videos on-line. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Shield Good, Installer Awful

He applied it three times before it was on straight and in the process wrinkled it. Now it looks like a cracked screen because of the wrinkles. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. I really need Best Buy to replace & reinstall a new one by a more experienced tech.
