Protects the screen, but has rainbow like streaks all over the screen protector. No way of getting rid of them.

Having owned many ZAGG products in the past, this screen protector has been an extreme disappointment. First, as many others have pointed out, this is not a glass screen protector. As such it will mark with use of the s-pen. Second, even being a plastic protector, this product does not compare to the previous ZAGG film protectors I have owned. The screen is not "self healing" like previous products and in 2 weeks the screen has several sharp dents from fingernail contact. Third, this protector is a fingerprint magnet. I have never had a ZAGG product that attracts fingerprints like this one. Also, after application there is a green and magenta glare when viewing the screen at an angle. Fourth, this screen is not easy to install. The installation alignment tool holds the protector far above the screen, making alignment difficult when applying to screen. In summary, spend your money elsewhere. This protector does not warrant the premium cost. I recommend looking for a cheaper film protector or purchasing an actual glass protector.

I don't know what happened to Zagg. I've used their screen protectors for all of my devices and didn't have any issues with all those tempered glass protectors. But for the Samsung Note 20 Ultra, it has some issues. Edges doesn't stick that well. Overall it's ok screen protector. I might look for a different brand now since this one I had, I'm not really satisfied.

I worked OK while it stayed on, but it didn't stay on very well. It's not very case friendly.

It fits well and is unobtrusive but it collects fingerprints like crazy.

I love my new case for my Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G Phone. I got the gold phone and it is so pretty, I got the clean case and it works great to protect my phone and it is beautiful.

I appreciate that the employee put the screen protector on my phone and I really love that anytime it need to be replaced, I can just walk in and they will replace it at no cost

Not glass but it does work well. No issues with fingerprint sensor. Overall good product. And through Best Buy if any defect in screen protector they will replace at no charge.

The instructions are incorrect. Most confusing shield I've ever seen. They should not attach any instructions but just direct buyers on-line. TRUST ME - If you buy this screen protector - don't go by the instructions. Just follow the videos on-line. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Not glass, only tries to feel like it. Decent quality for what it is though.

It sticks to the screen well with a invisible footprint. Texture compared to a higher wuality phone may differ

The techie at Best But who installed the screen protector had no idea what he was doing. He applied it three times before it was on straight and in the process wrinkled it. Now it looks like a cracked screen because of the wrinkles. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. I really need Best Buy to replace & reinstall a new one by a more experienced tech.

Expensive and not easy to apply. Needed help and still had lots of air bubbles

These shields are somewhat disappointing. Had to have it replaced the next day for bubbling issues.

I love this phone , look for a phone for 2 to 4 months, when to best buy ,look the phone ,play with the phone , see all the applications , made the decisions and buy ,

ZAGG screen protectors are the only ones I'll ever buy. They stand behind their product like no other company I've ever worked with.

So far haven't relied on it against breakage, but my previous one took some blows. Great quality and clear. Injust wish it were a smidgen taller to fit full top to bottom.

Not very good with thumb recognition. Easily marks (shows scratches) and corners peel.

Great product. Serup came with mount to help affix protector to the screen and works wirh fingerprints scan.

My hubby loved it thanks, better than the S9 more features and the pictures are much clearer and focused
