It's misleading when it says "glassfusion". This lead me to believe it was glass. It's, for all intents and purposes, a rubberized clear plastic sticker. It's not even big enough to cover the whole screen and very easy to put it on crooked.

My old screen was broken and very rough to use. This new screen is everything I wanted it to be!!1

This is worthless! I paid for the Best Buy people to TRY to install it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra BEFORE I left the store. 1st time it was on all wonkee with bubbles & such. I said it was unacceptable. So he tried again with a marginal improvement. I was out of time & left only to peel it off a week later & $40 poorer. I watched the poor guy do his best to make it work so I don't think it was his fault. But I have tried to apply similar screen protectors to other cell phones I've owned & experienced much the same outcome. SO WHY DO THESE SCREEN PROTECTOR MANUFACTURERS MAKE IT SOUND SO EASY TO APPLY? Simple:$$$$$ baby, Am I the ONLY one who's had multiple problems with screen protectors even when following the directions explicitly? I think not

I have used ZAGG before, did not use it on my last phone and regretted it. Best glass protection I have found.

Had Geek Squad put it on and they had such great advice and did an amazing job at putting my screen protector on.

I have tried other brands but none have held up! Zagg is the one i keep going back too. Works with every brand phone.

Was told by the salesperson it was actually glass, it is NOT. It is a very thick plastic, and not very durable. She said it has a lifetime replacement, but it will never break, it is flexible, soft, bendable plastic, NOT GLASS

I like this screen protector over any other one. I have try many from Amazon too. This one is the best in my opinion.

I have gone through a few of these. They edges have peeled up repeatedly and recently my phone screen cracked while it was on. The only reason I am giving this two stars is because of the lifetime warranty, which i have used repeatedly.

Second time purchased. Doesnt go on very good. Difficult

Material is not temper glass like it used to be for samsung note phones

Don't wast your money on this. While it goes on easily, it doesn't fit properly, edge to edge. Also, it's not glass. It's the old-fashioned film-type. It doesn't feel nice and it interrupts your experience with the phone.

Not what I expected. Good instructions, but looking for tempered glass.

Application is simple and makes the phone look good. Zagg products has always protected our phones very well.

A good phone with many features to learn. I believe the samsung note 20 ultra should be voted number one on quality.

I am both amazed and impressed with all my Galaxy S20 Note can do. The extea battery life is very helpful and convenient.

I like the convenience of paying best buy 8 dollars to install and if it breaks i just return to the store and they replace it

Would recommend this to anyone who would buy it. You always need one of these especially for a quality phone like this one.
