When I made the purchase I was rold they had to order it, although your website said plenty in stock. Was also told when I was notified of it's arrival, all I needed to do was pick it up on one side of tbe store and just walk it over to the other side of the store and drop it off with the GEEK Squad. When I arrived to do so, however, I was told it was by appointment only. After speaking with several people, they did decide to let me drop it off, but also advised me that the majority of their GEEK Squad had "just up and quit!"

Not what I expected.

Worst of all, it would not allow for my fingerprints to be sensed. I tried it, then threw it away. I felt it was a waste of money.

Not do great!

It always dirty looking and requires cleaning. Makes my new phone look old and over used. I will be returning and replacing with a glass screen protector.
