It wouldn't be so bad if it did not include the word "glass" at all in the description because it literally is nothing more than a piece of vinyl/plastic. It also soaked up fingerprints same as any screen protector and scratched a whole lot easier than any tempered glass product you could get for much cheaper. Just using the S pen caused scratches and divots that did not come out. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Bad sistem

Starts audio but no video, or doesn't open any app that i try to use. Even if it has enough charge, randomly starts to run slow Happens with all apps. I would like to have an exchange of equipment

Zagg is a dud for me

They give video instructions that have a whited out backgrounds so you can't even see the way the screen is being put on in order to follow the directions. The lifetime-of-the-phone warranty is useless -- who wants to keep sending the protectors back, getting charged $7+ for shipping and waiting 10 days for receipt.
