I peeled the sticker marked 1 and the protector came along w/ it. Now I have to send in for a new one and it never fails, happens every single time but I buy it because it's conveniently right there next to the phone covers. But yea. last time ever I will buy a ZAGG. Stuff is janky to say the least

Not glass, not smudge proof

Wish there had been reviews before I spent an ungodly 40 bucks on it. It is not glass. It bubbles. It shows an incredible amount of fingerprints. It shows S-Pen dragmarks. It feels wrong-rubbery. It greatly inhibits fingerprint recognition. I can't wait to get it off my beautiful new phone! Stay away!

Very poor value and durability.

Today itwas lightly bumped and put a hole in the center of the protector. And the lifetime warranty i will have to wait to get replacement in the mail and pay s&h. I will just cut my losses and buy a cheap protector. Seem to have had better luck with them on other phones. This is very upsetting and I won't buy any of their products again.
