Going back for the third time, going to a different store. See if somebody there can install it right.

Absolute trash. Just plastic that will bubble and peel.

If I can give this a zero star I would. Glass? Nope. Hybrid? that's a stretch. Screen protector? It has to stick to the screen to protect it! It is flexible I give it that, cause it flexes its way out of my Note 20. Horrible screen protector. Very disappointed in something coming from Zagg.

I cant believe Zagg tries to charge this much for this awful screen protector. There is nothing glass about it, as the name would infer and it did not adhere properly to my phone, had bubbles and did not feel like glass. It is getting returned and I am upset about the misrepresentation.

I had it installed by Best Buy techs. The first one they installed kept coming off so they replaced it. The 2nd one is loose at the bottom comes off about 1/2” up the shield. I understand the phone face is curved and this is part of the problem, but still I’m not satisfied with this shield. Unfortunately, I don’t think there are other options.

I'm pretty proficient at putting on screen protector and this one was very disappointing placed on perfectly but the edges started rising almost immediately after installing, will deal with it until I can get an actual glass protector

Was not what i expected from this product it was not the right fit for my note 20 somehow the screen protector was larger then usual. I have to say that it did not sealed the corners good so now im in need of a new protector. Not allowing me to put an image

Sucks would not recommend to get and really expensive

Scratches very easy for the price. Gets the job done but wouldnt purchase again.

Is plastic I don't like is I like better the glass one

I have used ZAGG screen protectors for years. I've always been happy with them until now. This one for the Note 20 Ultra phone is absolutely awful. It shows every fingerprint. I'm constantly having to clean it. The stylus pen doesn't work through it half the time either. If there was a way to rate this lower than one star I would.

This is a horrible screen protector. I asked the salesperson for the hard glass. Geek Squad put it on, so I didnt realize that this is not glass until I got home and used my stylus. I can see lines in the film that is "protecting" my screen. Only a few weeks old and is ready pealing up from the bottom.

Its not glass, not even plastic. It's a clear, thin, rubbery film and I am high disappointed cos the staff n geek quad knew it wasn't glass but told me to go ahead with it. Paid $50 for everything same as the one of $10 on Amazon hoping i was getting glass. Pls be upfront with your customers. People go to bestbuy for the best.

Crap all around crap took it off bubbles lines .....

Thumbs way down. Leave marks on film cause spen the edges font stay stuck n dust n debri gets suck around the edges ultimately leading to instability n its only been like 3 days cant return it n have to go through warranty for round 40 50 bucks a rip as well the finger scanner not consistent so all in all a nightmare.js

Very bad. Too expensive for price. Shape is different from ultra note 20.

It's ok. But not cover all egde. So i like this brand. We can change anytime.

Doesnt stuck down very well on the sides because of the curved screen
