It worked great for a little while but then finally started to peel. I would say I got easily over a year with this screen protector which speaks volumes for a protector for my phone as it takes some damage.

Protector was good while it lasted. They no longer carry this for androids note 21.

A screen protector is a good idea, but you should be aware that store associates are trained to sell you on the most expensive item they sell. Zagg has a deal with Best Buy, but not a good enough one to be considered an authorized retailer for returns. If you are unhappy, you will either have to speak to Zagg directly or fight your way up the chain until someone approves the return. The installation can be performed by an associate that cares as much about your phone as they care about any item on the shelf. They are not professional installers. They are only as good as the amount of effort invested and number of protectors installed. This protector has a very specific installation process that took a few tries to perfect. You need to clean the device and follow the instructions. Place the protector on the device with only the first film removed. Smooth it out, but don't worry about being perfect. The biggest concern is that it is straight. Take your time and peel back one side of the protector by the edge with the holes and carefully tilt it so that the sticky layer that was on the phone begins to peel from the center. Use the squeegee to push the actual protector down smoothly against the screen as that layer is pushed out from between the screen and protector. Once one side is done, you can lift the protector enough from the other side to smooth out the center and repeat the process. Immediately smooth the curved edges. This is very important. If they do not adhere now, they will never stick. While this is not the best protector on the market, at least it will look smooth and function well enough to protect the screen from minor damage.

This thing is plastic and once you put it on your phone it will look like plastic. If you can hold off for a real glass protector please do. This thing is really overpriced for what you get. You only get one in the pack and you won't get all the air bubbles out. If you just need this thing right now pay the extra money and let Best Buy put it on for you. If you don't like the way it comes out they will try again with a new one for free. Application is very easy but it's flawed!!! The fit is terrible. It should have been a little bigger. It drives me crazy to always feel the edge of this thing every time I swipe up from the bottom to use Samsung Pay or swipe down for the notification grid. And I only had this thing for two days!!! Save yourself the aggravation and pass on this one because is not what you want for your 1500 dollar phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This screen protect is good, but it does have fingerprints. It does last and currently still using it.

When I purchased my Note20 Ultra, there were no screen protectors with any "glass" in them. The original one I purchased got gashed and scraped with use. This one is holding up very well!

not as good as glass and sometimes seems to have problem detecting finger print. hard to clean and expensive for what it is Had bestbuy store installed it, bad installation can see some crease on the screen and now it's started to peel down below. Will have to come back to get replacement good thing is, lifetime warranty because it is zagg

I purchased this just a few days ago for my Note 20 ultra and had the store install it. It says glass on the package but very misleading because it is not glass at all.its just a thick film. the edges peeled up the same day, and the s pen leaves a trail of marks in it from normal use. i have already been back and had a warranty exchange from the peeling and the new one is peeling already. i do not recommend this product. save your money for actual glass.

The feel is nice the installation was easy enough unfortunately the fingerprint scanner in the phone does not work through this screen protector.

First off, there seem to be either some confused or paid reviewers here. This screen protector is not glass. It is similar material to old Zagg screen protectors (film). The fact that they use glass in the name is already misleading. Then you read the product packaging and it makes it seem even more that it is glass. Upon receiving I was very disappointed to find it was not. I needed protection on my screen until I could real glass so I applied it. Bubbles and all kinds of problems abound. It even had a defective line in it that has no adhesive. Steer clear.
