It's a very nice phone my friend told me about one and so I rushed out to get me 1 I'm still trying to learn learn how to use all the builds and whistles but I'll eventually get it all figured out glad I got one

This screen protector is fantastic and has a glass like feel as advertised. Had Best buy install it and it looks great! I just have to press a little harder to get the fingerprint reader to work but it isn't a big deal. I recommend!

Avoid this and all other Zagg products!!!! This is my second and last Zagg screen protector I'll ever buy. First of all, the warranty doesn't really exist. If you try a warranty claim, your model screen protector will be out of stock. But for $$$ you can upgrade to a "new" screen protector (same one probably). And add shipping too. For this one, the install tray has two pegs top and bottom to help align the screen protector. Guess what, the holes won't align with the pegs. It was not long enough to accomodate the alignment cover without some serious stretching, releasing of the cover and some creasing of the screen protector. BTW, the screen protector is rubber like and not glass as others have noted. The protective backing is difficult to pull off without also peeling off the top alignment cover. This resulted in several permanent creases in the screen protector. So at this point, the screen protector was basically garbage. Just save yourself some money and avoid this and other Zagg products. They're crap.

Alignment guide does not work with the camera bump when laying the phone flat. The protector is nothing but thick plastic junk, no glass "fusion" buttons don't work on keyboard, lots of bubbles. Again complete rip off and junk. Do not buy. Zagg should be embarrassed.

Very bad screen protector, I purchased for a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Read the instructions multiple times and still couldn't get this protector installed. It comes with all the tools needed and a tray to lay the device in for alignment of the protector. But following the instructions step by step does a poor installation ending with a protector that doesn't form to the shape of the screen. I also ended up with bubbles and tabs at the top and bottom of the protector and no steps on how to remove them. You are told when to remove the different films 1-4 which I followed yet I still ended up with these tabs and no instructions of removal so I tried cutting them off leaving a crappy protector not seating on the sides. I did mange to remove most of the bubbles but I finally gave up on it and is pretty much a waste of money.

THIS IS NOT TEMPERED GLASS. Application is horrible to put on. I've had other brands that were similar to this plastic crap that were far better to put on. Who buys a $1,400 phone to have PLASTIC on the screen??

Worst screen protector ever had Let’s first start with the screen protector does not even come close to fitting the Note 20 Ultra screen length, HUGE 1/8 gap at bottom, and 1/16th at top! The install process is abysmal at best, A provided tray template lines up the screen, NOPE.... as soon as the backing is peeled from the sticky side, it is a magnet to the screen, once it touches it, the install is all over... the top backing comes right off, then you have a mess. I managed to get mine on, but bubbles are all over the edges, the screen protector is not glass by any stretch of the imagination, how they put “glass” On the box amazes me. I will be returning this immediately

I have used Zagg for years and I'm really disappointed. The screen has bubbles and defects. The worst part is the fingerprint sensor does not work. Stay away!

This so-called screen protector doesn't completely cover the screen. STRIKE 1! It started bubbling the next day. I installed it pretty decently without the tray it comes with (because it doesn't cover the whole screen). I was able to eliminate the bubbles after initially placing it on the phone. STRIKE 2!! I believe the screen protector for the Note 20 would be better served being used on the Note 8.

This screen protector is not tempered glass regardless of whatever description you see on here. As with other screen protectors out there for curved screens, this one seems to lift up from the sides and makes it a lint magnet to where it looks super dirty on the sides. One thing I did like though is that it allowed the fingerprint reader to work. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I got this product with the lifetime warranty. The original screen protector didnt stay on very well. After a few months I ordered a replacement to see if that one worked any better it didn't.

It might protect but because you have to bend it during installation it leaves a crease directly in the middle. Worst installation design I have experienced.

The screen protector is too small for the Note20 Ultra.
