The S20 Ultra comes with a thin plastic protector. You can barely notice it is there. I didn't know it was there until I saw a tutorial on installing the protector. I read a lot of review on Best Buy knocking this one for peeling off the edges, bubbling and material quality. 1. The package says it is a hybrid glass. It is not glass-like at all. It is actually quite soft. 2. I used this one instead of the preinstalled protector because this one claims to kill microbes. 3. I found a video about installing this particular protector which was extremely helpful and likely the reason why I didn't have as many bubbles as other people. 4. I did get bubbles mostly around the edges. Nothing I couldn't live with but I was determined to get them out. I was able to get most out. I read that in a few days they would disappear. They did, however not on their own. In about a week I was able to push out all but one small bubble. I think with a little patience I'll be able to get the small one out. Would I recommend this, yes and no. If you don't use night mode, you may notice a black outline around the protector against the white screen. I didn't trust the preinstalled protector to do a good job. However that one was perfectly attached without bubbles, yet did not go all the way to the edges. This one does cover the edges. I haven't had edges lifting up, but I've only had the protector on the phone one week as of now. I don't use the finger print to open the device, so I can't say if it will affect that feature. At first the screen feels rubbery, however after a while it feels smooth. I guess I would get this again. It has better reviews than the regular plastic protectors.

This really does a great job protecting your phone.

Perfect. It went on easy enough and that's say8ng a lot because i usually have trouble with them. Initially there were air bubbles that i couldn't get out but in a few hours they seems to work themselves out. Very happy so far.

It’s ok. No too easy to put on and it looks like plastic and not glass will see how long it last. Expensive too.

ive been searching for one that wasn't just a thin piece of plastic which was not protecting my phone and the job i due you need heavy duty ...plus they were the only place that still had some plus its a lot easier to put on than others

So far I've only had 1 issue with this protective glass shield BB installed on my phone other than it started to lift up in the corners. I went to BB & they replaced it free as it had a lifetime warranty where they'll replace it for an unlimited amount of times for free, so it's great for that.

Easy install and functional. Feels plasticy and thumbprint feature is hit or miss

A must have for a phone it’s easy to install and saves the headache of scratching your screen which is so easy to do everyone should buy this if their gonna buy a thousand dollar phone it would be a waste not to honestly

1st screen saver - I had tech crew to install - this one was tricky. It has a curved edge and the screen savers are flat. I had to actually replace this saver because it came loose

I've broke. My phone so many times and this product fits perfect on my phone .i w drooped it a few times luckily it works great.

When I first purchased this product I was a little skeptical (It being so expensive) but I felt a little better when I felt the material it was made out of. The first thing I noticed after the material is that the camera hole has a black border around it. It doesn't really bother me but it may bother someone who wants their screen as clean as possible. I ended up following the wrong installation video on youtube which ended with me having a LOT of bubbles in the screen protector but, with some elbow grease i got them all out. (Except for a few that went away the next day) The screen protector works with otterbox cases but you should get all of your bubbles out before putting the case back on. The only downside to the screen protector that I have is it's a fingerprint magnet..lucky for me I have microfiber clothes everywhere so it's not really an issue for me.

Zagg screen protectors have saved my phone multiple times and they stand by their product. They're a pain to install, but the Zagg store will do it at no cost even it purchased elsewhere.

So far so good! Only con is that when I applied it, there were so many bubbles on the phone for a day or two. After I just had a tiny bubble in a corner. Not bad tho for such a new phone model to fit nice.

Honestly the best screen protector I've ever had. Ive dropped my phone 4 x already and still no cracks and barely any scratches

My old Zagg shield was worn in places due to hand sanitizer, so I replaced it. This one works well and keeps phone from getting scratched.

Unfortunately, because of my phone having the curved edges, the screen protector does not stay down around the edges. I'm hoping that although it is frustrating, that it will still help protect my screen until I can afford a new phone.

The screen protector fits perfectly and the store employee installed it nicely. The edge does come up a bit and it is hard to keep clean.
