A: yes best buy replaces them as long as you have the old one with you

A: The screensaver is guaranteed through the distributor warranty. Best Buy honors the warranty and will replace the screensaver free of charge but the install is guaranteed by Best Buy as a service for the installation not the screensaver itself.
