I gave the product a rating of 2 stars only because Best Buy was very accommodating with the "return process". Thank you.

Followed Instructions but shield did not stick to face of FitBit. Too Expensive to purchase another to try again.

Then the other day I realized that my screen protector was no longer attached and was missing. So somehow it must have fallen off, so guess it wasn't attached so well after all.
