Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried a few Zagg HD screen protectors for my Galaxy phones and now my Fitbit Alta, and I will never buy one again. In every instance, it has been impossible to use the product. I am a very capable technician, but the instructions are lame, full of disclaimers, and the product does not attach to the device per the directions. It is not clear, AT ALL, what is supposed to be separated from what film. Are we supposed to guess what the 'engineer' was thinking when designing this convoluted mess? Whoever wrote the instructions obviously has never tried to follow their own directions. I would rate this zero stars as it was entirely useless. A complete waste of money. I have tried, and tried again, to give Zagg HD products a chance. No more. I should say I have a Zagg screen protector on my Galaxy S6 Edge+. It's peeling around all the edges. When it fails completely, I will look for a competitor.

I noticed a scratch on the screen of my new Fitbit and wanted reliable protection. The first screen protector did not separate correctly. Once I realized that was the problem I took it back to BB and they exchanged it no ?s. With experience behind me and viewing a YouTube tutorial I was ready. This time the yellow protector came loose before I could get all the air bubbles removed. Now I have a damaged corner and still air bubbles. I will be returning this one and trying again after my frustration subsides. Hopefully Zagg will figure out the design flaws. I've never used others but I'm not sure Zagg was the way to go.

They just weren't very clear, so I ended up putting it on upside down. So, it fell off and is lost. At least my experience with this one prepared me for my protector for my Charge 2.

Easy to install, but developed air bubbles after a couple of days and 8 days later I noticed the air bubbles were gone, but before I got too happy I also noticed that the Screen Protector was also gone. Of course I can’t find it and thus can’t get a refund. Would not buy a ZAGG product again.

It was VERY difficult to apply (despite reading the instructions very carefully AND watching the Youtube video), would NOT stick to the screen of the Alta at all. It literally fell off in my hands the very next day after application. Pure junk. Save your money and buy the warranty plan if you are worried about the screen.
