I purchased two of these screen protectors on April 23rd 2019 and was told I have a "Lifetime Warranty". My husband and I have only had them for 2 months and they are both broken, so I decide to go on there website to take advantage of our "Lifetime Warranty". Long story short, I was unaware that you have to send back your broken screen protector so I wasn't going to get one for myself because of that. So I was going to replace my husbands. The cheapest shipping option is $5.99.. not terrible, however that doesn't include tracking. To get tracking you have to pay $11.99. AND if you do not send your broken product back to them within 60 days they charge you the full amount ($44.99). Their products are crap and I will never spend money with them again. ALSO, its not truly privacy. it only blurs things from the side view, not black it out.

It is too dark, you have to look directly at your phone to see your screen. It is also too fragile. It does protect the screen, but it is very fragile itself thus will have to be replaced at the first drop of your phone.

I dont really like it, it post to be Privacy but other people still can see it and it's to dark, sometime when you go outside you have to put the brightness up and use a lot more battery.

Way cheaper stuff out there that’s just as durable. The “lifetime free” replacement isn’t worth it. Stupid process just buy a competitor at 80% cheaper price.

I hated this - can’t believe I paid $44 for it! I’ve been fine with other screens that have privacy filter. The way this one is made makes the screen very hard to focus on, even when its held at the perfect angle. After a few hours, I had to remove it. Now I have to go and she’ll out more money for some other overpriced protection screen. I recommend to avoid this screen!

I literally bought this less than two days ago. I was walking with my lanyard and one of my keys slightly bounced on the protector. Next thing I know, there’s a tiny crack on the bottom of the protector which then shattered the rest of the screen protector. I’ve had some really good protectors that didn’t even break after a fall. But this is probably the weakest protector I’ve ever used. Especially at the price, not worth it at all.

In three days I saw small cracks on the screen protector. So much for the 3x tough.

Have had it for a week and it is already cracked. And it’s suppose to be a private screen protector but don’t really works like one.

Works well to protect and cloak the screen, but the protector itself is fragile and prone to cracking over time.

I dropped my phone on the day I purchased the InvisibleShield and the InvisbleShield Broke!

Privacy part works but it cracked in 2 days with no impact

Not my favorite phone screen protector. It’s kind of thick and I just don’t like it.

Makes screen too dark, almost as if you want to keep your message private from yourself too

There is nothing privacy about this screen protector,this is a disappointment for the price. I can turn my phone ina 360 degree angel and still see my screen in plain sights.I payed for it,I will never purchase another privacy screen from Best Buy!!

Bought this product because the company is normallh reliable. Well the product is horrible. When I type, I have to type extremely hard. I don’t recommend this product. OVER PRICED!
