I have only had a problem once and that was because my son took the protector off of my phone and stuck it to a blanket. Zagg sent me a new one for the price of shipping which is Awesome. Zagg works great.

Improper Fit

This is a widespread problem (unless it was designed this way on purpose). I went through three of these before I settled on a flexible plastic screen protector.

glass screen protector not worth it

I had to remove it in order to propertly type or use any of the touch screen features. Stay away from this product
