I’ve used Zagg products and like how they work, but this fit is a little off to me. Like other reviewers mentioned this screen protector really does leave a LOT of exposed/unprotected phone screen IMO. If you're doing anything on your phone there is a sliver of the active screen content that pokes beyond the boundary of the screen protector. So it's a bit annoying. I could see it not fully covering the entire face of the phone, but it should at least cover the active, illuminated part of the screen. Zagg does mention "Case Friendly Coverage" on their packaging, but not on the website description. This could be why the glass doesn't go to the far edges of the phone screen, so that it doesn't interfere with the bulkier cases out there that surround a phone (Otters and Life). Because of the screen coverage, and because of the ridge from the glass protector it can collect a lot of purse lint and pocket fuzz, making it look dirty pretty quick. There also seems to be a big glare off this screen in daylight. I had my phone in my dash mount and couldn’t see my screen, only a reflection of passenger seat until I was in full shade. This may be a good protector for bulkier heavy-duty cases, but if you like slim and clean lines this may not suit your taste. As for being smudge free – it does a great job at that compared to other glass protectors I’ve come across. I chatted with Zagg direct and they indicated that I could send it in for a replacement because it doesn’t seem to fit properly. When I did that I also asked them if it was due to their “case-friendly coverage”, and the customer support person said no. So I’m getting another screen and hopefully it fits better but based off of the reviews here I doubt it. There is a .3 cm on the sides and bottom, and the top has a .4 cm gap and that is with my Spigen Liquid Crystal TPU clear case on. So that gap of phone screen w/out Zagg protecting it would be more w/out a case on. I've had my phone for less than 24 hours.

Excellent tempered glass! It has already saved my newly purchased device from screen shatter. I dropped my Pixel XL headfirst on concrete two weeks after I activated the new phone and one day after I installed the hd glass. Luckily it saved the pixel's gorilla glass although the hd glass chipped on the corners. Thankfully the lifetime zagg warranty covers it and zagg is sending me a replacement! I didn't have a case on my phone when I dropped it so unfortunately I now have minor cosmetic damage and then back corners of the phone, but it could have been so much worse if it wasn't for zagg protection the most vulnerable part of my phone! Easily worth $40.

I do like this screen protector and the easy instructions for putting it on the phone. I feel it needs to be just a tiny bit bigger to cover the entire viewable area of the screen. It's about a hairs-width smaller.

The installation was very easy with the two tabs on the end of the glass. The glass is very smooth and can tell its there except that the glass doesn't go all the way across. There is a sliver of screen on both sides that don't cover the screen. It could be a little larger to cover the whole screen.

Easy to install, good directions, seems sturdy but it doesn't cover the entire screen. I don't know if this is by design or not since it's the second different brand advertised for the Google Pixel XL that left areas of the screen uncovered but it's really annoying.

I am an avid Zagg Invisible Shield user because they have always had solid products that offered great protection, but since my Samsung Note 5, I have not been happy with their products. The biggest issues I had with my Note 5 screen protector, is the same one I have with they one I purchased for my Pixel XL: 1. It does not cover the full screen. There is about an 1/4 of an inch gap between the screen protector and the edge of the screen. 2. The edges of the screen protector do not stick down well no matter how much I pressed down when I applied it. Worst of all, it is visible and looks like it is pealing off. On my Pixel XL they have not broken off, but on my Note 5 it kept cracking at the edges. 3. Even with the screen protector centered, it is a millimeter or two too small so it doesn't frame the viewable portion of the screen well making it annoying when reading or watching a movie, as if there is a seam going around the edge. I know they state that it is to allow you to put a protective case on, but the protective case I use doesn't even come close to touching the screen protector. I think this is the just the nature of the beast with thinner and bigger phone, but I have to say I might stop using screen protectors as it ruins my viewing experience. Although I am marking it that I would recommend, it is purely if you want maximum protection and I would warn anyone I recommend it to of the issues listed above.

This product has saved my phone numerous times. Most recently I was able to clean off paint without an issue. Remember to register it with ZAGG to ensure warranty.

being that the XL is on its way out i had a hard time finding a screen, fortunately this is very smooth and was easy to apply as well.

When it comes to cell phones, it's pretty insane to think about not protecting such a high priced item. Even though screens have a "scratch resistant" screen, they all, almost always, scratch from the sand, dirt, and small debri from you pocket or purse can create small scratches. And one drop on the concrete? Deep scratches. This screen protector is made from glass that is meant to take the impact of a fall and break before your screen does. It works well. I've gone through many through out my years and they have indeed protected the screen from cracks and scratches from falls and slips. They are a pain to get on though if you do not wipe and clean your screen as best as it can be. One small hair, speck or anything will get trapped between it and your screen. And make sure you line it up once and install it slowly to get s perfect fit. It's like a sticker. Anything you catch on the back of it between intalls will stay on the screen. Best Buy does install it for $8. This guarantees a satisfactory install. If they mess up or if it looks not to your liking, then they'll replace it. Zagg also will replace it for life of you register it. They will just need to have the broken screen protector sent to them and they'll send a replacement. That somewhat justifies the $45 price tag.

I wanted the best protection I can get for the screen on my Pixel. The salesperson installed the screen protector for me at no charge. I didn't detect no reduction in responsiveness or distortion in view on the screen after installation. The view got even better after a couple of days. I think this is a great purchase!

This case is really durable. I've dropped it many times and my phone is still rocking

It's smooth to the touch so it still feels like the screen. The size is a few pixels short of actually covering the entire screen. So the edges lose out. Found similar products for significantly less. I wouldn't normally spend this much on a screen protector, but had some BB gift cards.

The surface area leaves a little more to be desired but it works nonetheless. This covers possibly 95% of the pixel's front but it leaves the edges where your fingers slide to access commands feeling a bit awkward.

I only by InvisibleShield products to protect my devices. This is the first time I've done the installation myself. It was easy and looks great. Perfectly clear, smooth and super responsive.

My only issue with this screen protector is that it doesn't cover the whole screen completely. The edges are exposed and it should be a little wider to cover everything.

Protects the screen well but is not quite wide enough to cover the whole screen. Is not a major issue but the screen could get damaged if hit in the right spot.

I always buy invisible shield for my devices. It works great. This one though doesn't quite cover the screen as close to the edge as I've seen before but still good coverage.

Zagg invisibleshield screen protector for google Pixel. I really like the product but it doesn't cover the full screen. Leaves too much unprotected space around the edges.

I wanted to get a tempered glass protector because i just dont like the thin plastic ones. Not only that, life time warranty and replacement with Zagg is one a great deal.

You can find alternatives for cheaper. Thanks to 2.5d glass on the pixel this won't protect the whole front of the phone.
