I’ve had other Zagg products before and have been very pleased with the way they perform. Keyboard is easy to use and the case offers great protection

This is an excellent keyboard that fits my needs. I purchased nine returned the Apple Magic Keyboard as well as the Logitech, which were both great but each had their issues and thus dea killers. Here are my comments on each (written on the Zagg Keyboard). Zagg Pros: Removable iPad from keyboard (magnetic connection) the iPad has its own, separate case which provides excellent drop protection. Keyboard has a good response and key spacing. Another important feature is protection of the Apple Pencil. The iPad case has a protective slot which allows protection, and charging, for the pencil. Additionally, there is a strap that holds the keyboard/iPad together when closed and provides additional protection for the pencil. Not perfect, but best of all current options. Cons: The iPad has attendance to tip over then placed in the vertical slot on the keyboard and the whole assembly is rather heavy, but not too much so. Backlit keyboard is not automatic and must be manually turned on. No touch pad, however with the best touch screen around not needed for me. Apple Magic Keyboard: Pros: Apple ecosphere, great design and conception and works well. Keys too tight for me to type efficienty. Cons: The deal killers were no added protection for the iPad when removed from the keyboard nor the Apple Pencil. Unfortunately, design won over function. Logitech Keyboard: Pros: Best conceived keyboard case, including the typing experience. Great kickstand concept, similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro. Good protection of the iPad when removed from the keyboard. Cons: No protection for Apple Pencil, deal killer for me. Kickstand is very flimsy and does not support the iPad well when using the touch screen. One final complaint/comment. I was was forced to return the case to Best Buy when they wouldn’t match the price provided by the manufacturer. There was a 25% off savings, which I could not pass up. It’s beyond me why they would not honor the manuf pricing, very frustrating.

The case is more of a suede finish and easier to grip than the smoother finish of the Apple-brand case (and also about $30 less expensive). The keyboard has its own battery and a USB-C port so it can be recharged from the same charger as the iPad. Therein is the one little negative. The case is heavy, almost doubling the weight of the iPad. The size of the case is also a bit larger than the Apple case. The keys are also more tactile than those on the Apple case.

Good quality , easy to use , a bit heavy. Pairing very simple . Good value for the money.

This does a great job protecting the ipad and serving as a keyboard i like that it can be separated so that you can draw easier.

Battery life is great on the keyboard. Case is nice too.

I didn't look at this close enough, and thought it stood like the Magic Keyboard--it does not. I did like the flap, but that seems divisive among those who have purchased this. Also, be aware there is no pass-through charging. You charge the keyboard separately from the iPad. It was a little hefty but didn't feel as heavy as the Logitech combo (I haven't actually compared their official weight, so maybe it is).

Excellent keyboard case. Easy to use on my lap. I like the pressure required to use keys. solid protective case for IPad.

I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Easy to set up, use and is substantial in its feel when working on it on my lap. I have no complaints at all other than it is a little heavier than my last one, but that makes it more stable in the way that I use it.

This keyboard makes using the iPad pro so easy. I love that it's magnetic and had even a magnetic Apple pencil spot that allows the pencil to charge. The iPad is in a magnetic case that attached to the keyboard and it comes off so you can use the iPad easily. Awesome product

Great case that is very protective and easy to carry. Love that the iPad can be removed from keyboard very easily without having to remove the case. Have had many iPads and have used various cases, this has been my favorite.

I just replaced a Zagg Slim Book Go which I've used daily for a couple of years for my 12.9" iPad. This has a similar feel but it's nice because it's slightly smaller and has a smaller footprint making it easier to fit on my lap. The only thing I don't like is that you can't arrange it in portrait mode and still use the keyboard, but I don't usually need to do that.

Easy to set up and use. I love the idea of a magnetic protective case for the iPad to use when I want to just hold the iPad itself and then reattach it to the keyboard. A very good alternative to the magic folio that Apple offers.

This is a well-fitting case and keyboard. The keyboard easily separates if you do not have a need for it Would definitely buy another.

Absolutely love it!I bought this in exchange for the Apple magic keyboard because that one did not fold over completely. Not only does this fold over it provides a hardcover case to the screen as well love it.

It’s a good keyboard if you are not doing anything too in depth. I had to buy a new keyboard to use “F” keys. Which I should have expected since it is a small portable keyboard. But my main dislike is that when setting my iPad on the stand it will loose grip and fall or lean so far back it’s hard to see. It seems the stand gave way quick.

I really like this keyboard just felt a little uneasy about itclosing at keyboard sode with screen and its a on the heavier side but great

I like that the iPad can be removed from the case if needed but still retains it protection. Keys feel good. Multiple viewing angles.

Strong sturdy case. Helps protect my iPad Pro. The keyboard is easy to use and holds a charge for extended periods.
