I had been using an iPad keyboard but it wore out and was constantly disconnecting from the iPad. This product is heavier and more clunky, but it is very sturdy, works perfectly, protects the iPad and allows me to type at the speed I like, rather than the screen keyboard.

Pretty great

But, because my iPad is older and this is made for the newer models, some things are different and I am learning to live with it! My last case stood up to me dropping it multiple times and readjusting it all the time before pieces began to fall off and it the cover stopped closing. I’m hoping this one will get me through the next few years. I’m happy with my purchase.
