Horrible case. Doesn’t stay on right. So heavy that when you open the case to watch a video the screen folds down. Save your money!!

While the Zagg rugged book keyboard folio case is rugged enough, it is more suited for industrial use rather than home use. The largest problem with the case is the on-off switch. It is a very dimly lit LED light, difficult to see when the unit is turned on or off. Another problem would be packing the case with iPad into luggage. Simply too bulky.

This Case would be nice if you didn’t have to physically remove it when not in use or to put behind your iPad. My husband didn’t like so I ended up returning it.

Case is good for on the move. I use my IPad for work and this case allows me to use it as a laptop or ipad. Plus it gives it strong protection from drops.

I could not get the Bluetooth to connect. It is kind of heavy too. I took it back.

Half of the time the bottom keys of the tablet don't work so to my dismay I decided to return it and buy another brand which worked so much better for me

Wasn’t really impressed with this case/keyboard. A bit stiff and difficult to maneuver. Returned it and found a more fitting option.

I am glad I got the two year warranty on my first Zagg keyboard. I have to keep charging the keyboard at times. It does not last long. I used the warranty because the keys stopped working. A few would act up and suddenly boom, keys that were not acting up completely stopped working. They would be keys all over the board. Easy to show Geek Squad the problem. This is my second Zagg keyboard, and my delete key started acting up and stopped working. When it was acting up it, I would press the delete key, and it would keep going. I had to press the space bar to have it stop. Now, it is my L key that is acting up. "lllllllll" This is 9 Ls. I pressed L 15 times. A post I wrote had many words incorrect. Guess the letter missing. The rubber surrounding the keyboard separates off the frame. It didn't happen with the first one. That is not a big deal. I got a warranty for this one. I have no clue what my options are for keyboards as I love the backlight on the Zagg and added protection for the screen. I wanted to love this keyboards as the key layout is amazing. They need to fix the flaws. 2 out of 2 for keys to stop working. First one over a year. Second one six to seven months.

This is the third one we have owned. They just don’t seem to last all that long. Not great instructions for setup if some one was a newbie

Great purchase, I don't regret buying it. Still going strong and have not needed repairs or replacements.

Brought for my daughter and she tried using just didn’t work out

Hasn’t worked so I’m going to keep trying. Hopefully I’ll be able to connect it to my tablet

When its connected it's awesome but detach the screen from keyboard and then theres no screen protector.

This one is not as good as the first type I had. This one is just average to me.

First impression was excellent it was the best keyboard I purchased for my iPad until it stopped working. Keyboard dead within 3 months. Be sure to get the geek squad plan.

I purchased 2 of these from Best Buy online. They are difficult to fit and the amount of physical force required to remove your iPad from them almost pushed it to the point of the screen breaking. Not impressed!

We really like the rugged book. It offers great protection to our iPad. The physical keyboard tuns the iPad into a mini laptop. Unfortunately the keyboards Bluetooth module died after 1.5 years of light use. Zagg was unwilling to offer any assistance outside of offering their apology.

Like many others I found this case to be a pain. Magnetic connection? It falls apart if picked up wrong. it won’t stay propped up to type. Its easier to take out of the case to be used as a pad. Which means no drop protection. I’ve ordered another case that is hinged.

It’s ok. I think there are better keyboard case combos out there.
