I brought a charger still had hard time charging using equipment.

One worked great right out of the box. The other one was a complete dud. So I guess you have a 50/50 chance of this product working. I'm apparently out of the return period, so will have to deal with the company to get my money back.

My son was so excited to get this cover, only to be disappointed because the hinge barely moves. When you close the ipad, the top part pops out because the hinge is not smooth. That won't work at all. Going back to the store to see if it's just this particular cover that's defective or they are all like that. It's almost like you need to oil it so it will be smooth.

I have to replace this twice. The only reason I stay with it is because of the warranity I bought. Otherwise I would move on.

My Zagg Rugged Book Keyboard started experiencing problems-in Early July; Customer Service was contacted for a replacement which was not available. A substitution was selected and was to be received in short order. However, I received a series of email indicating the replacement was in hand and ready to ship. However the shipment was cancelled the very next day with no reason albeit I was still under the warranty period

Have had to exchange this product four times over the last two years. NowBest Buy has dropped it and no longer stocks. I was refunded and all is well

The case is good for protection but if you expect it to last more than a year - forget it. I’ve been through three and finally just decided it’s crap and moved to another brand. You’re best bet is to not expect it to open like a book. Hold both ends firmly and open softly. Actually just do t buy it.

Bottom line: 1. It seemed like a solid case but part of the case broke within 3 weeks 2. Cannot charge the Apple pen with the case on. You must take the case off to connect the pen. 3. When taking the case off multiple times to connect the Apple pen, the zagg screen protector started to come off. Even the Best Buy rep was not happy with the product when we attempted to work through my issues.

Really didn’t get to enjoy this keyboard, one of the keys fell off and one day it just stop working it didn’t charge anymore.

I’ve purchased multiple of these and love the keyboard but certain keys have failed for two of them...this time after only six weeks.

not even two years old and quit working, stay away from this product

I have used Zagg keyboards with my ipad for years but I do not recommend this particular option. When you open the ipad, it immediately disconnects from the keyboard, which is very frustrating. I was looking forward to a keyboard that was more rugged so very disappointed that I had to return it but very thankful that Best Buy fully refunded me!

Did not like it at all. It was cumbersome and heavy.

You can't use the keyboard for more than an hour. After using it a few times, you have to keep charging it. I'm very disappointed with this product. It is only great point is, it is rugged and protect the ipad from being damaged.

It takes so long to surf the web. Normal operation is extremely slow, even in WiFi.

this is my second one.. best buy has good selections of products to choose from

My Grandson wanted a keyboard for his iPad I tried to get an answer from the “chat” numerous times on Best Buy’s website to see which one would fit but no one ever came on to help me. So the one I purchased did not fit. My son took him to store & they purchased another one.

Bought this a year and a half ago and it already went nuts. It's de-programmed, types on its own, lowers, increases the volume. Have tried everything to re-set it, not worth it.

Definitely don’t recommend, I dropped my iPad when it was in this case from 2 steps and it shattered. I had the case for 6 months

20 days after buying it, the keyboard stopped working. They did not change it to us because the returns are only 15 days. The worst experience I have ever had with a product and its store.
