No one assigned to answer our questions. The tv was defective, wouldn't join on line with Xfinity Cable. Return the tv and purchase a Samsung that worked. Again, there wasn't anyone in the tv sales department to help us. Never go to Best Buy at 11 am morning to make a large purchase.
