When shutting off the iPad, have to remove from case . Also the audio buttons are difficult and have to do several times to adjust the volume .

Do not care for it the ipad keeps falling off the magnetic strip and do not like the way it closes because if the ipad is not on there correctly it will not close.

I like the ruggedness of this one but not a fan of the keyboard, it comes off to easy. The previous version of this was better, which was for the previous size iPad Pro.

I had to return this product. Every time I moved the iPad case the top part would flip over and the part holding the iPad would fall. I bought a Logitech product and it works much better for me.

All ipad keyboards have a ways to go. They just don't have that computer feel to me. This one is good for what it is.

I had my iPad for 3 days, it slipped out my hand and the entire screen cracked. I thought it would have given me a little more protection than that.

Overall good product. However, did not like the pencil holder on the top or the strength of the support when opened up.

This would be perfect for a contractor. I had to return it because it was way to heavy for my purse

Too big for my iPad. Had to return. It said it was compatible with the iPad I have but apparently not.

I am not happy with the way the iPad sits in the Messenger Book. It is awkward to use it with there being only one level available and it does not always stay there, the magnet does not keep mine in place. It is quality cover material, not cheap plastic. But it needs a different design where you can move the screen to adjust. And keep it attached to the keyboard or not.

Easy to use keyboard but there is a lag in the typing that I didn't have with my previous one.

you can never compare this tiny keyboard to an actual one.. the keys are so soft a little hard to type.

The keyboard has been great for a year; however, it start giving me a hard time with not recognizing the keyboard signs. For example, the shift button, caps button, any characters used with shift button are not usable. I've changed everything possible and does not work. Considering the price of a $100+ with taxes, this should at least last for 4-5 years.

Good case overall. It’s rugged and has room for my apple pen, but the edges started to wear almost immediately.

I love the brand Zagg, I purchased this keyboard and the Apple ended up making the cut after trying this for a week or so. You have to charge this keyboard which is a hassle. It does have a back light and a place to store your pencil. Just wasn’t for me. The actual Apple keyboard has a softer touch when typing and the magnetic strip which automatically connects to your iPad Pro.

Worked well for awhile. Will not charge. Great protective case. Sturdy.

I can't get the stand to work and can't get in to speak with someone. I think I could give it a good grade if I could speak with someone. Also it doesn't charge the Ipad - might have to go back to the I pd original but tha Apple keppad but it doesn't protect the Ipad - really tough here! I want to give it 5 starts!

This would’ve been a good product if it had been compatible with the iPad Air I bought at the same time. I went along with the agent who sold it to me. Im not aware of electronics being of an older generation. The salesman said it would be just what I needed. I have arthritis in my hands and frequently drop things. Got it home eagerly set it up, threw out the box but I couldn’t get it to work so I brought it to the Geek Squad. The tech did everything he could to get it to work. Then he hooked it up to his Samsung phone a it connected. He said there was something wrong with the iPad Air’s Bluetooth and said there was nothing more he could do. I took it to Apple and Voila! They said the Zagg keyboard is not compatible. What’s wrong with Best Buy agents that are not well trained with the products the sell? Now it’s past the warranty time and I have no box. What can I do?
