Good but lacking clear marking in front.

Powerful, no filter needed. I wish it would be easier to clean the fan, than unscrew the grids. Has no attachment brackets, to attach by catching the screw head under the cabinet is almost impossible. I wish it would have clear marking in front for speed and light. Very plain. Useful opening in the back.

Hello, Thank you for your review. The Cyclone has very prominent manual light and speed controls located on the front of the hood canopy. The Cyclone is a self- cleaning hood using a centrifugal blower system to liquify cooking residue. The cleaning instructions may be found on our web site.

You simply turn the fan on low and spray a grease cutting detergent such as 409 up in to the fans- the residue will drop down in to the residue cups- that are removed and washed by hand or dishwasher.

Good product-lacking attention to detail

This model has great performance/lots of suction power. Unfortunately it could have used to additional attention when they assembled it; the fan speed control and light control are secured with two-way tape that lacks strength as I have attached them 3 times in the last two weeks. I've been searching online for a tape with additional holding potential. But again, my wife is really happy with the fan performance.

powerful fan, easy to clean filters, two levels of LED lighting. It is not cheap, but I expect it to outlive me. All Zephyr makes is vent hoods, so R&D is focused on improvements.
