Box and beverage cooler came in perfect condition. For now the product is working as expected. Very pleased with the product and the only small negative thing I see so far is the price. Quiet product and very sleek and stylish. Since we don't have room in the kitchen we decided to put it in the laundry room and we had limited room too but it fits perfectly. Worth the extra $$.

Love the product. Didn't love the process of getting the product installed. The supply chain fulfillment process is broken and needs improvement. We got confusing communication on the delivery date vs. the installation. The result was the beverage center was dropped off without installation. We had to escalate and wait another 2 weeks before getting it installed. This was a lousy experience and inconvenient as the product sat in our living room boxed up for 2 weeks. This scenario almost happened before when we purchased another appliance. Apparently, the delivery team and installation team are sometimes not the same. Who typically buys an appliance without getting it installed, especially if you've paid to be a total tech member? I don't fault the installation team. It's obvious they are a third-party subcontractor. Best Buy is accountable and owns the process of the customer experience.

So far this has been a great purchase. It's very quiet and chills beverages to the exact temperature prefer. My wife and I have absolutely zero complaints and are very satisfied with our purchase. If the Zephyr beverage fridge continues working like this into the future, we can highly recommend it.

Really nice beverage refrigerator! We replaced a very expensive Marvel unit, this unit is so much better, quieter, versatile and inexpensive for the quality! Highly recommend!!!
