It's multi purpose. The cover slides out when you dont need it, especially when taking videos and photos.

I love ZeroChroma products. It's the only case that I am 100% satisfied with for all my iPads and iPhones.

I bought the folio case for my ipad mini. It seems to be durable and you are able to take photos while the cover is on the device. The only thing I do not like is the slider for the front cover. I am constantly having to slide it back in place

Got this as a replacement for a cloth ipad case that was falling apart. This one is lightweight and not thick at all, but comes with a built in kickstand. Would recommend to others at this price

This iPad mini case is priced the same as the full sized case and is overpriced in my opinion. The workmanship is not stellar, but it is good. It was the only case that fit my particular need. I have the Apple Smart Cover and a plastic slim snap case that I like using but I did not feel comfortable traveling with. It didn't seem like enough protection for flying. This case has a magnetic cover & will stand in portrait orientation. It has more protection than the snap case. I've been using it since mid November and the cover is wearing already. I've had my Smart Cover for a year & it's barely starting to wear. I will use this case for traveling only.

This case really surprised me. It is super flexible yet very sturdy. I love the multiple angle kick stand and the removable face cover. It doesn't add any bulk to my iPad. Love it.

I still stand by this product as the best on the market for the flexibility that the stand gives you to orient your iPad in any way. The downside is the longevity of he kick stand. Because of the internal friction to keep the stand from collapsing, there's a lot of pressure on the stand itself because the rod it slides along is stronger than the plastic the stand is made of. With daily use, you can expect the stand to crack in 6 months to a year. I and my family have owned 6 now and the prior 4 (replaced under warranty or at least given a discount on a new one) have all failed in the same fashion. Wish ZeroChroma would up their quailty or someone else could improve on their design.

I have been searching for a case that can keep my display in a vertical position while erect. This is very thin and lightweight so it doesn't addany bulk.
