We were nervous about the filter itself because we live in AZ, and we have suuuuuper hard water here, and the pamphlet says we'd have to change out our filter every 8 cups. But we have refilled the whole thing about 4 or 5 times now and the testing stick barely reads 1. So it's going really well for us and we love it!

Spigot spring kills this

The spigot is THE WORST EVER. One must have an extremely strong set of fingertips, as the spring is far too strong. No one in my home could stand it for more than a glass of water. Forget about filling jugs, even pints.

This model should be made a bit more durable and the provided coupons should absolutely be honored by your Best of the Best Buyer club (jes sayin) Bulk cartridges are continuously out of stock and back ordered! Don’t let the Amazon Zombies win!!
