I called the company to ask for any suggestions and they said to use the filtered water from the fridge which did not help. Decided to return it.

I had read enough reviews initially to think this was a good product. And for the first few weeks of purchase, it was fine. The water actually tasted purer than bottled water. Up until a couple of days ago. When it started tasting a foul lemony flavor in the water. I looked on reviews outside of best buy and it appears this is a common problem. I cannot afford to be replacing this filter every month and expected to be able to use this for more than a couple of months before needing to replace the filter. Unfortunately, I am outside of my return window. I also do not have the packaging anymore. Do not recommend this product at all.

Filter gave out within DAYS, and corporate told me that’s normal and I would have to buy a $30 filter every week or so, blaming the water system in My state. Seems like their issue more than mine. I will never buy this brand ever again.

It was good.three weeks later,it tasted disgusting. Im going to have to return it..too soon if i have to purchase another filter .i jus go back to bottled water..
