The product is good been too busy to actually test it. Unfortunately since I ordered by mail when the item arrived the original box seal was broken I was upset as I had purchased as a gift. My daughter immediately call customer service and reported it. I am a long time customer of Best Buys and this type of issue has never happened to me...

I bought this to be used with my Sony A5100. That camera is not large and isn't heavy. This stabilizer was able to hold it, it just seemed very week when I tried using the motors to turn the thing. I ended up taking it back. It is good for the point and zoom cameras that are like $200.

With this gimbal, I was able to use my Sony ZV-1 without having to use in camera image stabilization which crops the video. With this gimbal I was able to film full frame, and take advantage of stabilized image for professional video and smooth content

Makes your non stabilized camera useable for videos! And being able to control gimbal through app is really nice along with everything else.

This gimbal is small and easy to carry, setting up is kinda hard same with balancing. I bought this last year November and I didn’t open it until yesterday hoping to use it when we snowboard but when I about to use it I notice that the joystick is gone and the motor is not working!

This has been ok, I just cannot for the life of me get the balance right twice in a row. I have marked it to easily return it to balance after being stored. Cannot make it work how I had hoped.

This ended up being one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my mobile Music Video setup. Has been a great addition and most of time find myself using more than my more expensive gimbals.

I was a little disappointed in the challenge for set-up. As someone who is experienced with electronics, the resources provided were not sufficient but there are some helpful videos on Youtube. I have not actually been able to use it because my camera is so heavy but I hope it is worth it.

This gimbal is built nicely. Will work with a heavy payload. However, this is not compatible with my Note 10+ with Moment anamorphic lens and a ND filter. You will have to rig up a counterweight which I am not a fan of doing. It will work with just a basic light weight moment lens around 40g, my set up was an additional 220g.

Cool gimbal but not for bigger DSLRs. It overheated so I had to return it. Prefect for smaller cameras and phones. The added lens and when you move the screen out for vlogging threw it off.

This gimbal gets the job done, but could use some improvements. If you camera is even slightly towards the payload it will be a pain to balance. Also, it scratches extremely easily. But , nonetheless it does its job and produces smooth video.

I love this item. I use it for my Canon m-50 and at first it took a while to learn how to balance it but after that it’s very easy to learn. Great product for the price.

I have a mirrorless canon m50 and shoot vloggs and be roll shots with my 22mm lens and my 14-45mm lens using the gimbal and could work on pov and pf setting but when it came to more complicated shots like parallax zoom ins or back ups, or for Fmode with light jogging the gimbal's little serbos would give up. This crane only good for smart phones or cameras that weigh about the same... if you need something to be reliable for long shoots over a multitude of days with a larger more proffessional set up just go larger and save yourself the headache while trying shooting. Balancing can be tricky, you have to do it systematically in the right order for the right camera or phone.

This things awesome especially if you can score one on sale, balanced my a6100 with a shotgun mic and creates beautiful content battery is good too used it for 2 hours and only dropped to 80 percent

It was a great gimbal for my Canon m50 with kit lens but when I slapped a prime lens on it wasn’t able to handle the extra weight. It’s a fantastic gimbal for the form factor just be aware that it’s made for only the lightest of setups. Sad I had to return it due to these limitations.

Great stabalizer, have had problems getting it to bluetooth connect with an older camera (probably issue of the camera vs the stabalizer) but would be nice to have a list of cameras would work with.
