It took a little time for me to understand how to balance and attach my devices to it. After the initial learning curve, it is very easy to use. It also comes with a carrying case that looks like a mini guitar case. Unfortunately, the case is only big enough for the device and nothing else.

Does not work with Samsung Note 8

Also had trouble using it with an iPhone 6. It seemed it could not hold up the phones and was much worse on the Samsung 8 Note. I had to return it.
