Never works properly

Almost broke my phone screen when it spun around then down with a lot of random force. You get what you pay for....

Poorly designed & documented

The phone mount / clamp is not designed to be adjusted for thickness or height. It didn't work for my Asus Zenfone 2. Also the manual is poorly documented. It goes on & on about taking care of batteries without showing a schematic of where the batteries are located. Nor is there anything about why we should bother about removing the batteries when we can charge it using USB.

Not a strong gimbal

I do a lot of video, and this gimbal could not stand up under the weight of my iPhone 11 Max, brand new out the box it may hold a steady shot for MAYBE 3-4 SECONDS. IF I'M LUCKY. It may work perfectly with a smaller device.

Battery was expired and has NEVER worked properly

Came home, charged it fully then learned how to use it. After 7 minutes the gimbal shut itself off and stopped working. After looking into the unit and emailing the company they said that the battery no longer was good and they didn't have a replacement. Wasn't allowed to trade it in for a new one.

Don’t waist your money

Luckily I have the Geek Squad warranty,and returned for replacement . Purchased another two year warranty. Few months later same problem .Retuned received a gift card for the purchase price. Purchased another Best Buy product. Happy
