I got it because it had great reviews, but being a Chinese company there are minimal online resources, I wasn't able to update the firmware and ultimately returned it. Sad because it such a good bargain

It was on sale and I thought I’d give it a try. Darn thing was difficult to figure out and after spending so much time and YouTubing how to use it I ultimately gave up and returned it.

Never could get this to work. Not very user friendly in my opinion. Always wanted 1 of these, and returned days after purchasing. Wont be buying this brand ever again.

After a full 24 hours using this device, there are a few things one needs to take into account: 1. Make sure your phone is fully compatible. I have a Pixel 2xl, and the app that is needed to control functions like active track require the native app. It doesn't like the Pixel 2...yet. 2. Know the limitations of a 3 axis gimble. The gimbal does smooth your videos, from side to side at least. There is some motion artifact while walking, but software like Premiere Pro can help. 3. Active track isn't all that great. This would be awesome if it worked as advertised. It's a bit clunky, and I used a compatible phone. If you have a Pixel2xl, which I do, then you can count on this feature to not work at all. Overall, the price isn't bad as compared to the Dji Osmo. The app not working on the Pixel2xl is annoying, but not a deal breaker. The options the app has for a compatible phone isn't something that should deter you. I'll admit that it was frustrating, but after tooling with this for a better part of a day, I was able to get a lot more smoother and professional looking shots. I would recommend with caution.

bought this and one of the functions did no work. Its also too big. Returned it and got a DJI Osmo 3. Spent 40 more but it was well worth it.

I bought this to take pictures of the cars on the car shows and it works pretty good with my iPhone

Difficult to use, to set up and I had to return it. I was so excited to get it too, but even the staff in Best buy had a hard time with it and recommended a different one.

Was able use just for a few months, then it’s started to not function property, cant turn roght to left, i would get dji

Dont buy this Brand of Gimbal. I have been writting them about my Zhiyun 3axis, its not charging properly but it seems no one care from their company to help me

well made and lasted a long time until i left it at a friends house haha

The item is very low quality and the application is not user friendly at all. It is very overpriced. Totally disappointed.

The software that came with this gimbal was not compatible with my budget samsung smart phone. Huge disappointment .

After 4 hours of trying to get this thing to control the zoom and record button on my iPhone X and never working I returned this to Best Buy!

Although this was supposed to fit my iPhone 11 Pro no matter what I did I could not get it to work

I have had problems with product since purchased. It won’t stay on long enough to record a full video.

It would not hold my phone up. Even tried it without the case. Used both a Note 8 and iPhone. Returned it the next day!

Too long to setup! Not easy to use and have to keep reset to use! Wish I can return it or get store credit!

Could not get this thing to work with my iPhone XS Max. Was to confusing to operate. Took back for refund.

Got this and it was horrible barely worked like it should took it back the next day and bought a dji
