I got it in few days and return it becous DJI ronin 3 pro better quality, now my ronin 3 pro is not working at all, I think i should keep this one but its too late

I have mixed feelings about this gimbal, over all it is a good gimbal. One big positive is that the motors are very strong, you can turn the zoom or focus on the lens with out upsetting the gimbal. The flip out screen is nice, can pretty much do everything from the screen without the need for the app. Some of the things I don’t like. The thing feels heavier than it is, it’s a little awkward to hold. You can not customize the trigger button, maybe they will fix this in a film ware update. Battery life seems short compared to the competition . But the footage looks pretty good coming from it , that’s the most important thing, the finished production.

High quality, easy to use, and has a nice screen. My first gimbal! It’s grips are very ergonomic, and I love all it’s features.

This product is horrible. I received one for Christmas and it would not turn on no power, no nothing. I returned it, thinking it was just a bad unit. I exchanged it and got a second one which did the same thing. Just for grins I returned that one and I bought a third unit from Best Buy a week later only to have the same experience the gimbal would not turn on, and no power. no want to call and the service center at Best Buy just said they didn’t know why it wouldn’t turn on.

Would not recommend this Gimbal AT ALL! The following settings are useless. The motors are either too weak, or too strong. There is a very noticeable delay when I am sweeping my Gimbal in one direction. It's hard to use with my left hand. The button layout was made for Right handed people only. The record button acts as a focus engagement before it recorders. And when it does record, there is a 1 second delay from the moment you hit record, to the moment you camera is actually recording. (Used with a Canon 90d)

Good quality, but didn't meet my expectations. The flip screen is cool but not to sure if it could connect with my camera with the cables it came with.

Didn't work, sent it back, got another one, didn't work, took it to Geek Squad and they said it would be 2 weeks before I could schedule an appointment before they could look at my 3rd brand new unit.

Very good gimbal. Easy to use and get used to. Wish the menu system was better, feels plain. I recommend watching YouTube videos to understand the gimbal, level it and how to move with it.

Real good gimbal. Had to return cause it was not compatible with my Sony A7iii. When I get a new camera, I will definitely be getting this gimbal.

Terrible. Almost all of these go bad and you can't replace the battery.

No power at delivery. i guess lots of people are having the same issuse on reddit. Box came damaged not to the fault of BestBuy as they shipped it in a brown box that was not damaged. Was really looking foward to using it on an upcoming trip sucks to be let down.
